We called into Keighley Kia as we were passing. We had been considering changing our current car for a few months but had no clear idea of our next vehicle. On looking around the cars on display we lingered on one model a Kia Niro. The sales executive Ben Spencer came out to talk to us. He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable without being pushy. He treated my wife with total respect as she knows less about cars than me BUT much more about finance! A fair deal was agreed and we would collect the car over a week later. Ben kept us informed of the progress by phone. The car was valeted, serviced and MOT as agreed on time. When we called to collect the car there had been a slight mis-calculation of the repayment figures by the finance department but this was actually in our favour and was quickly sorted out. We were then on our way and so far are delighted with our purchase. I would recommend Ben Spencer and the rest of the team if you want to change your car

Kia window washer pipes.went to bye washer pipes at partshop said they had 2 for £34 .but only had 1.come back tomorrow 2 day later still not there got £34 back .went home and bought on ebay for £4.very greedy kia

I liked that the sales staff aren't pushy. Ben, who sold me my new Mazda was great, he explained everything and answered all questions I had about the car. If you are after Mazda or Kia I would highly recommend this dealership.

Was thoroughly satisfied with the service and care that I received when buying my 2019 Mazda 3 in December. I dealt mainly with Ben Spencer, who was polite and informative as he guided me through the entire process. The service was professional friendly and we were pleased with the care and preparation of the vehicle we decided to purchase.

Bought new limited edition Transit Custom Jan 2023. Super service from initial enquiry - purchase paperwork and registration was smooth and easy with lots of help and assistance from BEN ... very professional and efficient team with super friendly service. Hand over of new vehicle was exciting with lots good demo and instruction help from BEN... Great team to do business and would highly recommend.. Deal was sealed with very nice bottle of bubbly... I bought a car from a long distance away so had to travel, I dealt with Ben who sent me a personal video and kept me well informed and guided me throughout the process and all questions and info were answered, they did not deliver cars and i had to make my way there to buy and drive home, in all fairness they discounted my travel costs and other than a health check, service and making sure everything was working on the car as i could not test drive as too far away, they also put a new MOT on the car and i got the warranty i wanted for that piece of mind, all round good purchase and service!

It is so easy to get negative reviews nowadays however I am not usually one for giving reviews but I felt I had to after reading some of the reviews on here. The service I got from Keighley Kia was absolutely fantastic, my salesperson Ben helped me with choosing the right car for my needs. I would strongly recommend using them for your next car!

Very rude costumer service on service department.Very unprofessional unacceptable behaviour.I wouldn’t recommend this company to anybody specially in Keighley.You are buying a cost of more than 30,000 thousand pounds car and you ring them you will receive a very bad service it’s disgusting

Taken car in with gearbox trouble, after been told by ford customer care to go here, first car not booked in, then booked in for 2 days, then 5 days then 2 weeks, although car hadn’t moved from where it had been parked.
No courtesy cars, my car still had warranty but they told me gearbox had already had work done on it cos it had a bolt missing, took the car back off them as we needed it to get to work, gearbox had not been touched and no bolts were missing, taken it to an independent garage who confirmed this, be aware of this garage cos of your not paying and it’s warranty work they will fight it all the way to get out of it, ongoing investigation to with ford customer care to see what actually went on.
Avoid at all costs

We bought a Kia sportage and was delighted with our purchase. We was promised the car would be valeted and not to worry about the bodywork and scratches, everything would be sorted.
When we collected the car it was not only dirty the body work and scratches hadn’t been taken care of as promised, the vehicle had NO petrol in it estimated 3 miles left.
The service book was missing even though we was told this would be replace.
We had to return the car within days for the problems to be resolved, again we was promised the faults would be rectified and would be given a tank of petrol.
So many empty promises.
Having complained again we was told that the paintwork(scratches) couldn’t be polished out and t\o fix it would involve a Full respray, and if I wasn’t happy with that I would have to return the car for a refund.
Not the response I wanted to hear.
For a small family run business I feel this was a very disappointing experience.
I would trust this place and couldn’t recommend anyone to purchase from hear.
I have given the garage plenty of opportunity to respond to me before posting this, unfortunately I am still waiting for resolutions
