THE BEST PLACE TO SHOP ONLINE

This is one of the best places i shop alot what I need. I have bought tunnels to my ears and a great clock and a pair of glasses who was fantastic and the customer service is great.... When you you you after a while you reach them.Because they are very busy. But I will give a big tip: press call me back and don't use a lot of time waiting. But all in all fantastic !!!!!

Very bad advertising experience

We cancelled our contract with Kelkoo due to unusually poor traffic performance (lots of 'traffic', almost no conversion and 90% bounce rates with 0 seconds spend on our target website which is unusual for us). We also found a 'bug' in our account setup that is both weird and suspicious: we were charged for traffic for a shop completely unknown to us and in a completely different branche (actually 66% of all leads we were charged). Customer service was non existant at that point and we still haven't had an answer why this occured - they completely avoided the question. We cancelled as soon as we could. Keep away from this company.
