They have awful policies including…
They have awful policies including selling things they do not currently have in stock, though the website states they do, and taking several days after the order to address it.
Careful when buying in the physical store, they’ll make a 20 year old tell you the news that everything is more expensive there though you could order online and pick up in the physical store for cheaper.
I’ve ordered cards stated as mint but they didn’t have the cards yet so how did they know the condition of the card. (It wasn’t mint, one was even bent.)
Save yourself the embarrassment to have to go through their “customer service” at every order. They seem glad to have less work to do.

As mentioned on the webstore, not all items are in stock locally. We generally do not list cards as "Mint" either, unless they have been graded.
In this case, you indeed ordered items that were not stated to be in stock online, so it sounds like several misunderstandings - perhaps you saw this information on another webstore and not ours?
Most orders have a processing time of up to 10 days - in your case we would have been able to ship your order 6 days after you placed it, despite the order having been placed in one of the busiest weeks of the year so far.
Our physical stores are not the webstore, and so other terms and conditions - and sometimes prices - apply when shopping in-person. This is due to the fact that running the physical stores have higher costs than simply shipping online orders - you are, of course, welcome to shop online and choose to pick up an order in one of our physical stores, but in that case the items will need to be transported from our webstore to the physical store before they can be picked up.
