I cannot recommend to buy anything from this company
We bought a packing machine from the supplier. 1. We got the wrong information about the design of foil so we spent 8000 USD on foile We’re not can use. I received a message that they will make a compensation for the mistake of US$1000.
2. The interface is not properly translated to English.
3. All the details we made before the agreement has not been done. The machine will not stop automatically when it’s out of valves in the applicator and the printing device.
3. The sealing of the bag is not stable. That means we have a lot of problems with broken bags. Because of the sealing.
4. I have been waiting for answer from the companies employees for over 20 days now .
