I read some far from complimentary reviews but decided to give Kenny's Bookshop a try and the result was a perfectly good all round experience. The book arrived quickly into the UK and was well packed. The book itself is in excellent condition. I will definitely add the shop to my list for the future when I am trying to find the more rarer publications at good prices.

Brilliant service. I ordered Harry Potter Minalima book on 21st December (evening time) and i got delivered literally on 23rd December before 10 o’clock. I wasn’t expecting it, as Christmas time, but received a pleasant surprise. Book in perfect condition, no issues and those illustrations. Seriously, something out of this world. Ended up ordering second part as well.

ordered a book on November 15th for my son for Christmas, called on December 5th and told it was delayed coming from their supplier but was still on the way, Today (December 11th, beyond the time I can order from a different shop) they email to say they don't have the book but they can order from somewhere else if I want. I regret having tried to buy from Kenny's Bookshop

I am so happy with my book purchase from Kenny’s bookshop in Galway. Their selection was great and I found the book I needed very quickly. They were also much cheaper than the bigger retailers. The book arrived within a couple of days, I am just amazed at what a fantastic shopping experience I’ve had. I will be using Kenny’s for all of my book purchases going forward. Keep up the great work Kenny’s, it’s very appreciated!

slow delivery but my books always show up. the books are in great condition and sometimes they're cheaper than what you can get in other bookstores. i highly recommend!

Five collectable hardbacks sent in one book-wrap with no extra protection, so three damaged. One week for CS to reply and after 3 weeks still no resolution even after contacting a director. Update after a further week - apology and well-packed replacement copies now received so feedback amended accordingly.

Books arrived promptly and were nicely packaged.

I ordered an art book from Greece. It was delivered in just over three weeks and for a good price. Shipping was only two euros. I'm very satisfied.

Ordered a used book that was described as being in "good" condition, with "minor shelf wear". Received a different edition from what was on the website with a bent up cover, multiple cracks in the spine, yellowing pages and a musty smell. It should have been marked as "acceptable" at best.

I love Kenny's Bookshop. They usually have what I am looking for and ship really quickly to Dublin. Their range is vast and comprehensive. I also feel that is really important that we support small, independent book shops. Keep up the good work!

I have shopped from Kennys several times over the past year and it has always been a very pleasant experience, and I am looking forward to shopping again.

True, the delivery may be somewhat slow, but since it is really cheap and the books are packaged well, I don't mind waiting a bit longer at all.

May take a little time to get your book/s together for dispatch but don't worry they are coming! This is OK by me as I usually buy books for a large queue and rarely need 'immediately'. Dependable though. Have a large stock and prices are quite fair. Will definitely use again.

Order took 18 days to arrive to Saudi Arabia, I paid only 2 euros for the shipping! The book arrived in perfect condition. The only downside was not having a tracking number with my order but I would definitely order again!

Customer service replied to my email within an hour to offer a solution.

I will happily buy from them again!

I had been looking for long for an EU-based online bookstore with normal prices and fair shipping costs, that also ships to Cyprus and I am so happy I found this bookstore. There's no book I needed that I couldn't find on their website until now. Shipping is also very fast. Would love to visit the physical bookstore one day :)

I ordered Baking Yesteryear as a gift for my sibling on Saturday 16th of December, and I am very happy. The book was originally €25, but there was a 30% discount on it meaning that I only got it for €18.22. There was no delivery fee as I’m in Dublin, which was great too, and the website said that it would take 4-8 days to get here, and I assumed that it would take even longer due to it being the holiday season, but no! It’s now Tuesday the 19th December and here I am with the book. The package arrived at my house safely, one corner of the package was slightly dented, but that was probably on the postie rather than Kenny’s. I got emails updating me when the order was confirmed and when the order was shipped, so it’s great on that front too.

TLDR; Great prices, fast delivery, and good communication. Very happy, will probably start using Kenny’s as a replacement for the book depository

As someone living in Ireland this bookstore is where i buy all my books. They do free shipping for books with the cheapest listings i can find, and their delivery service is so fast. None of the books i have ordered have come in any way damaged. They are really fast at processing and shipping the books and i can see myself never going to any other store to buy books. Genuinely best bookstore in Ireland 🙋‍♀️
