I did not want to have any stars

I did not want to have any stars, but 1 is the lowest I could choose. The new FB ads are terrible, they will not stop contacting me, even after I told them I would post a negative review. I will never purchase or recommend them due to this

Does anybody work there?

Emailed the Newmarket location for information on parts, no reply. Attempted to call several times, no one answers the phone. I went somewhere else where they wanted my business
Also there's a $5 cover charge for accessing the site, ridiculous

0 Star if I could

The people working there never give the correct information for pieces you need you always have to go there 2-3 times to get a fitting piece you need customer service is inexistant poor communication skill. They claim they know "by looking" in their system turns out they never verify the correct parts you need. This has happened multiple time already

Customers WE DONT NEED NO STINKING CUSTOMERS

So car died called Kenny got a time for pick up it came and went i called was told driver would be calling in a couple minutes.never called.Called company to complain was told supervisor would call in a few minutes never called.I guess customer service is not in their vocabulary.From other reviews definitely not the place to do business at.

Kenny u pull is a heavy scam extra charges marked up parts even when u pull uraelf mud street location hamilton beware u will pay just as much if not more no point in pulling urself they charge more then body line or pic and save charge u 5$ to get in then core charge and so on stay away from this dump

They are a scam

Watch out for the scams they pull they charge you for extra warranties and other stuff you didnt ask for without telling you and then turn around and tell you refunds are only with gift cards so they steal from you and forget trying to get in touch with anyone from the company because you just get ghosted

Kenny U-Pull is Very Good

Had to scrap an 04 Acura MDX & price paid out was "as quoted" over the phone with No surprise under-quote BS upon arrival. Tow Truck arrived exactly in the Timeslot agreed upon & Transaction was Fast & Simple. From Now on I Call Kenny U-Pull "FIRST" should the need arise again. Great 1st time experience.

Website and inventory not updated

The website and inventory at the location is not updated. Today. January 29, 2024, subject to the availability of a vehicle shown on website at Hamilton location, I visited the location .Upon paying the entrance fee and getting the list/print of the vehicles I went to the stated lot but the vehicle was not there.
I told the front desk about it and even showed them the picture that I had taken from the website before leaving from Mississauga. Even the print out that I got from the front desk was showing the same spot/lot. The front desk employee informed me in a rather nonchalant way that they are not responsible for this and neither it is their responsibility to update the website and the print out data. I even requested that a staff member accompany me and show me where the vehicle is located but again I was told that this is not possible.
There were two other customers (a couple) who were behind me, and they interrupted my conversation with the front desk staff, saying that it is not their responsibility and told the staff that they know "such customers". Their way of communication indicated that they were totally siding with the staff as if they were collogues defending each other.
I stated my intention that since I came all the way from Mississauga and getting wrong info on the website and print out, then I should get my entrance fee refund. This was also ignored on the basis that it is not the policy. The couple also interrupted and took my print out and tore out the part where the information about the vehicle model, year, lot was printed, and said to me "see the information is not on the print out and there is no such vehicle which you are looking for". Then he crumbled the print out and threw it on the table/desk. I requested for another print out to keep for my record.
This was quite appalling and the staff did not even intervene. Are other customers authorized to take and tear the print out of others?
Proof can be obtained from video footage.

the worst customer service bought a…

the worst customer service bought a second hand battery was told I have 3 years warranty after 11 months the battery won't hold a charge and the receipt they gave me faded so no way to get my warranty what a joke they even wrote on the battery in secret ink and still not good enough don't bother buy new and save the headache
