A lovely job done from start to finish. The team were respectful, neat, and tidy, and nothing was too much trouble. They took the time to clearly explain how to use the stove, which was greatly appreciated. Very pleasant and helpful from initial enquiry to completed installation — highly recommended.
Recently had an issue with glass replacement for my multi fuel log burner, thankfully these guys from paddock wood came to my rescue and managed to replace the glass and cording for me. I am now nice and toasty again.

Hello and thank you for taking the time to write this review - I am sure it is rightly deserved by the Kent Stove Company in Paddock Wood, but unfortunately that is not us and I do not want to take any undeserved acclaim.
It is strange how Trustpilot puts itself in a position of control, collecting and advertising reviews for financial gain, but fails to complete the most basic of checks. We even have a review published from a person in the USA that is so ridiculously wrong it is laughable, but Trustpilot answer to no-one.
The whole process couldn't have been better.
I'd done some of the work myself and needed someone to fit the stove, connect it to the flue and test it.
One quick phone call, agreed a date and they just turned up, did the job with no fuss. Works like a charm

Really good, efficient and prompt service. Kent stoves re-installed my wood burner to bring it up to HETAS compliance very quickly. It's a tricky, old property, but they worked over a bank holiday to make sure it was done on time. Can't rate them more highly! Thank you Tommy and the team

Had to wait 5 months for my stove. Eventually it was fitted. The plinth doesn't reach my carpet so have had to buy a rug. My chimney pot, which I wanted to keep, was thrown off the roof into my garden leaving debris in the grass. I was given no instructions on how to use the stove and do not know how the chimney sweep will be able access my chimney when it needs sweeping. Would never recommend this company.

Adam came and surveyed, rather than being pushy and trying to sell me a stove he suggested I stay with the one I have. Awaiting quote for a replacement but I will probably stick with our current eight year old model as per his advice.

I love everything about this company. It’s a family operation, Amy answers the phones and manages the administration and Adam and his small team fit them. They are nice people, trustworthy and offer a great service at an excellent price. They won’t try to sell you a stove unless you ask, they will use the flue liner you specify, they pack the chimney out with vermiculite around the flue liner so it will never move and you will never have a chimney fire, their work is neat, they’re polite, tidy and just generally a joy to be around. Adam doesn’t charge for surveying the chimney which some other places do and all over I can’t recommend them highly enough. When I get the next stove fitted, Adam and Amy will be getting my business again. It doesn’t feel like a company, it feels like getting nice people to help you out by doing a fabulous job fitting a stove.
