I ordered in Germany, but they never mentioned that shipping would start from China. Only they said that it's going to be free shipping. We needed a lens adapter urgently, so we are in trouble. no contact number, no way to get a refund(there is even no button for that in their homepage.) and even worse, on there homepage they are saying that the shipping even started yet.

friendly and helpful support, that helped to solve the problem. As so often the problem was not the camera but the one behind the camera.

Nowhere during the purchase was it stated that the Item will come from China. It is a Chinese company, stay away

Good customer service! I ordered a backpack from them, and unfortunately it arrived with a cut in the front of the bag, which resulted in a cut in the face of the backpack on the nylon.

Reached out to them, and even though it took some time (remember time zones are a huge factor in response time!) And they ended up sending me a replacement! 10 bucks in a nylon patch kit means the other backpack can be used again by a friend of mine, which is excellent.

They are very receptive to feedback as well, but I can only hope that it is utilized.

Why not 5 stars? The replacement was shipped the same way; in a plastic bag branded with their logo/name. If the damage on the first was from shipping and not from a utility knife when unboxing new products at the originating facility, shipping them in bags just means they'll all get damaged in shipment in some form. The second bag also had a slit in the shipping bag, but luckily not the backpack itself.

I let them know about the packaging after the second bag arrived, and they hopefully will be taking it up with their product team, and maybe future shipments will be in boxes too for more protection!

Quality overall looks good, and I also bought one of their tripods on Amazon, and it seems to function well and be of good quality, but only time will tell with use of these products. Their customer service is good though, but I will leave this at 4 stars only for the sake of the packaging. I know they will be working on improving, and I am leaving this review only because they helped me out very well in this situation.

Poor service, hidden costs and tripod where the leg falls off after 3x. had to pay border fees that it came from Hong Kong kahm... It's just in the terms. In addition, you can deliver nu express in Mallorca, but not if you buy through Amazon... Weird business!

The backpack is well made. After a month of use it seems to me of good quality / price. I was refunded the amount of the discount which I was unable to use at the time of the order.

Would like to say it arrived fast, but due to a another fuckup from the danish delivery company “DAO” it took quite a long time.
