Terrible. I bought a polo shirt that shrunk one full size despite following instructions on how to wash it. I sent this company an email, I was told they would send me a voucher, that was months ago. They never did.
Also this same shirt was worn only three times, and today the top button fell out with all its thread. Poor construction says a lot about the quality of the clothing. Never again will I purchase anything from this store. I like to support small businesses. Kent Wang was a total disappointment to me.
I’m positive they will most probably contact me back with every excuse in the book if they read my review. It won’t work. Actions speak louder than words.

Yet, on the other hand, I'm extremely grateful for Kent Wang's unwavering transparency and proactive communication throughout the process.

Moving forward, clearer communication on the site regarding potential additional costs would undoubtedly enhance the overall customer experience.For example, displaying a red box when the chosen country for delivery is in Europe, with a warning for unexpected fees that might occur.

Kent Wang's company undoubtedly sets a commendable standard in the industry, and I look forward to smoother transactions in the future.
