BUYER BEWARE!!!!

I'm going to start off by saying if I could give ZERO STARS, I would! BUYER BEWARE!

Ceramic window tint was listed on my bill, but I dispute that ceramic tint was installed on my vehicle. Three independent automotive cosmetic shops have verified that the tint is carbon, not ceramic. The tint is also peeling, with visible gaps along the edges of my windows where light comes through. The vinyl wrap is peeling throughout the vehicle as well. I paid approximately $7,600 for this customization work, and I raised concerns about the quality and condition of the work on the very first day I received my vehicle back. The owner promised to correct these issues, which was the ONLY reason I initially gave the business a five-star review on Google. I trusted him because he was dating my friend at the time. Months later, the promised corrections still have not been made. Meanwhile, discrepancies concerning the products and materials represented as installed have raised serious concerns about whether I received what I paid for. I have since filed a consumer fraud complaint concerning the alleged misrepresentation of goods and services. I have uploaded photographs showing the condition of my vehicle approximately seven months later, despite very limited driving. If this business did excellent work on your vehicle that has held up over time, congratulations. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.

IN RESPONSE TO MY RESCINDING MY REVIEW, THE OWNER CHOOSES TO BLAME PAYMENT INSTEAD OF ADDRESSING THE ACTUAL PROBLEMS WITH MY VEHICLE:

I find it telling that the focus has shifted to payment rather than the specific concerns I have repeatedly raised about the workmanship, materials, and supporting documentation.

For months, I requested vendor receipts and records identifying the exact products, parts, and materials purchased and supposedly installed on my vehicle. I was repeatedly told that obtaining this information was not the owner's department and that he would look into it. The documentation I requested was never adequately provided.

I also requested proof of purchase and warranty documentation for components such as my radio and alarm system, as well as records needed to substantiate the components I wanted to add to my insurance coverage. Those requests went unanswered or unresolved.

I was charged approximately $1,850 for electronics, and I have serious concerns about whether the products supplied and installed justify that charge. I also dispute the representation that ceramic tint was installed when independent shops have identified the tint as carbon.

I gave the owner months to address these concerns. Withholding further payments became my position after my requests for documentation and correction of the workmanship issues remained unresolved. I want to be clear: I am asking for verification of what I paid for, not making unreasonable demands.

My position is straightforward:

• THE WORKMANSHIP ISSUES MUST BE ADDRESSED. The owner previously promised to correct problems with my vehicle, but those corrections have not been made.
• THE PRODUCTS AND MATERIALS MUST BE DOCUMENTED. I have requested receipts, invoices, product descriptions, part numbers, and installation records so an independent professional can compare what was purchased and represented as installed with what is actually on my vehicle.
• MY CONCERNS MUST BE ADDRESSED WITHOUT HARASSMENT OR INTIMIDATION. I received numerous insulting and demeaning text messages in response to this dispute. I should not have to endure that simply for requesting documentation to substantiate the goods and services for which I was charged.

The fact that these concerns remain unresolved after repeated requests is unacceptable. If the products and materials were properly represented and the charges are substantiated, the requested documentation should help establish that.

I have made my position clear regarding further payments while these issues remain unresolved. My consumer fraud complaint remains active, and I hope the Arizona Attorney General's Office will review the matter.

This review reflects my personal experience with the business owner, not the employees. I am sharing it so other consumers can make an informed decision before entrusting this business with their vehicles and money.
