Ordered kettlebells. Unfortunately they were stopped at customs because of Brexit. Was informed and reimbursed promptly.
Kettlebell shop Denmark did everything they could. Shame the same can't be said for my government.
I ordered a 20 kg OL barbell and the package seems to have disappeared. Now I have no barbell and lost 2000 kr with this company and they are refusing to give my money back. I did exactly what the law in Denmark requires and they still are refusing to acknowledge my petition.

Vi syntes det har været en rigtig træls sag. Vi har ikke egen kørselsafdeling og opgaven med at aflevere vægtstangen var betroet PostNord, som har bragt rigtig mange af vores vægtstænger ud. PostNord har scannet pakken som afleveret. Modtager var ikke hjemme og har i sagens natur afleveret uden for huset. Da der var tale om en kolonihaveforening har vi involveret modtager om aflevering kunne have være foretaget på et centralt sted i foreningen. Vi har ikke genstand for at betvivle PostNords scanningsdata gående på at den er afleveret efter modtageres ønsker. Vi har forgæves forsøgt at få PostNord til at præcisere afleveringsstedet, da modtager ikke havde afgivet specifikke ønsker. På baggrund af de oplysninger vi har fået er vi derfor af den opfattelse at forsendelsen uretmæssigt er blevet fjernet fra afleveringsstedet. Af samme årsag er det uden for PostNords ansvar. Med det vil vi præcisere, at man som modtager også har et ansvar.
Made an order for two kettlebells. Got an email confirmation but after a couple of weeks I started asking after the delivery and was informed that the “order was lost”. I tried reordering and was told that the items were out of stock. Lucky I got my money returned but definitely not happy and can’t recommend the company to anyone.

Times are new - including for us including the Corona crisis. There has been a month of extreme order intake and many inquiries. The activity level has increased by 10 times the normal on quiet days - some periods 20 times above the normal. Every organization, big or small, is challenged under these conditions. Here, monitoring of order intake versus inventory can be challenged. That's the real reason. We have learned a lot from the last weeks that we will take with us in the future.
