I have observed a steady deline in the quality of products over the years but the price has not reduced in connection. I bought a £33 tee shirt and the material is very weak, does not feel premium like it used to. for example the label at the back is tacked on with two stitches each side. your items do not keep nicely like they used to and they simply do not feel the same as they did. I'm starting to fall out of love with kettle well as i can't really differentiate them from other cheaper items any more. I have been meaning to complain for a couple of years now and have finally decided to no longer purchase items from you. this is my last order.

Fit not true to size.
Delivery was longer than anticipated & then for a size large was too small. I am not extra large as all my other tops are a 12 or a 14.
Unfortunately the fabric was much heavier than expected for summer wear so I am about to return it.

Speed between ordering and delivery excellent. However my order recently I paid for next day delivery but I did not recieve it until the normal 3 day wait.

T-shirt not up to usual standards
Don’t have a problem with the company. On this occasion had to return my purchase because of an issue with the design of the t-shirt I ordered. The crew neck was cut too high & irritated my neck. I also had trouble getting it over my head! I don’t have a big head. Hence the 3 star rating.
The returns method was very straightforward.

Really cross that they are calling this…
Really cross that they are calling this a linen shirt when it’s only half linen. Doesn’t iron well. Rather hot. Just tried to iron it and burnt it, which is when I realised it was half viscose. Might try and send it back.

Gorgeous skirt
This isa beautiful skirt- I read the reviews and went for the next size up from my normal size and it fits perfectly. The colour and embroidery are absolutely stunning.
I looked at the matching top but sleeveless will not work at my age!!! Please consider a top with at least shot sleeves to hide old arms!!
