The product was not corresponding to the plan.
I need to adapt the product to use it.

For your information your plans on the site did not mention a hole in the top to drain the water. Your plans had just a small rectangle, but no mechanism. It seemed logical to think that the hole had to be drilled as needed. I am now forced to find an aesthetic solution to seal this hole.

Heel erg teleurgesteld. Valse advertentie met een leverdatum van 1-5 werkdagen, communiceert niet, levert niet, en nu zit mijn geld 21+dagen vast totdat ze denken dat ze het deblokkeren en terugsturen….

Ik heb enige tijd geleden een online bestelling op hun website geplaatst. De belangrijkste reden dat ik de bestelling daar heb gedaan, was de levering van 1-5 dagen die ze voor die producten hadden geadverteerd en bovendien hadden ze goede recensies. Er gingen enkele dagen voorbij en de mandstatus veranderde nog steeds niet en er was geen communicatie. We hebben gebeld, ze zeiden: ja, niet op voorraad, maar ze komen terug met leverdatum. ~ 9 dagen later na de bestelling, geen nieuws, niets veranderd. We belden opnieuw, ze zeiden dat ze er een paar op voorraad hadden en ze zullen terugkomen met een leverdatum. Nog steeds geen nieuws ... We hebben opnieuw gebeld ... we kregen eindelijk een mogelijke leverdatum nadat ze wat moeite hadden gedaan: ~ 30 dagen vanaf de besteldatum. Op dat moment hebben we de bestelling geannuleerd.
Het held is nog niet terug..

Very very disappointed. False advertisement with delivery date 1-5 work days, fail to communicate, failure to deliver, and now I have my money stuck for 21+ days until they consider they will unblock it and send it back….

I have made an online order on their website some time ago. The main reason I have made the order there was the 1-5 days delivery that they advertised for those products and plus they had great reviews. Some days passed, and the basket status still did not change and no communication. We rang, they said: yes, not in stock, but they will come back with delivery date. ~ 9 days later from the order, no news, nothing changed. We called again, they said that they had some in stock, and they will come back with a delivery date. Still no news…We called again…we finally got a possible delivery date after they have made some effort: ~30 days from the order date. At that moment we have canceled the order.
Unfortunately, the story does not end there. 1 day and a half after the order was canceled, they have had part of the order to us, sent from the factory. Yes, part of it after it was canceled was sent because they did not communicated with the factory. They have informed me after I called again, of course, that they will not send the money back, because we have to follow up on their orders to be sure it is sent back. And only after the factory will communicate that part of the order was returned, they will probably release amount.
I do not recommend to anyone to use their services. There are other online stores that have the products in stock, much cheaper and actually deliver in the promised time frame. You won’t get lied to, have your plans delayed, have your money blocked and attributed extra work.
This was the worst online experience I have had in the last years…

@Later edit as followup of the reply:
- The cancelation has been made 1.5 days prior to the sending by the factory
- I have called Blanco and they have told me that KeukenKranen is not an official distributor so the money should not be blocked, and they will investigate further what had happened.
- And, again, i had to call to get a status update more than 1 week later from sinece everything was returned and 2 weeks since the order was canceled...
