Whe you decide to leave the building after your contract finishes you have to provide a new license with a different address as soon as you leave or you will not get your refund, so they will taking your money legally.
Offices are very samll and expensive you will find a very good and cheaper option in this area, my rent was 23k and a 3 times larger office was 27k. Normal office size is about 2x2meters.
Staff were nice and doign their job well, what i didnt like they always keep sitting in hallways even when your going to your office or shouting while talking on phone for long times.
Wifi is not the best always getting slow or stop for i dont know why.
You will get office with used furniture, power sockets ten to get out from wall when you try to unplug something.
