Great experience selling a house. Olivia kept me up to date at all stages of the sale, organised an indemnity required by the buyers solicitors and pushed the sale through in the desired timeline. Great experience all around.

We had a really good experience with Key conveyancing. Communication was excellent especially from Olivia who answered all my questions frequently. Due to being first time buyers the assurance we had was really helpful and made the process very smooth throughout.

Mukate is very efficient, proactive and really does care about each and every one of his clients. Nothing was ever too much trouble, always replied or called within a timely manner.
We’ve had some difficulty with completion dates but Mukate went out of his way to ensure we were happy and come to an agreement with all parties and even stayed later to ensure we were updated and in the loop, this is something you won’t find often!
