They are a horrible place to rent from. They run a scam and will talk down to you like a dog. Don't rent from these people. They will steal your money and threaten you

Good evening to all . I have never stayed in a worse house in my life, the address is 11 Henley Road IP1 3SE. £843.50 per month and the windows are wooden, not the new ones, all winter the house is frozen. it has old radiators, they don't work, I haven't stayed in a worse house in my life so far and I paid a lot of money that wasn't worth it. flat 5 11 henley road the address guys

Shocking experience with them so far

viewing houses at the moment and they've already made a mess of booking a viewing at this property, now they've sent me and about 8 other people to the same house at the same time (all at 5pm, so we can't even call them) AND THERE ARE TENANTS IN SITU THAT HAVEN'T BEEN TOLD

Imagine having a group of this size just show up at your house without warning, ridiculous!

Good quality product however table in raised position not very secure, can easily drop if nudged. Not good when having a meal.

They read my message I sent to them 7 days ago and couldn't even be bothered to reply to me. They've treated me like I'm scum on the bottom of their shoe not worthy of a reply.

Keystone has a wide variety of products to suit the specialist clients that we see. Have a very good criteria for the more unusual clients we see especially expatriates. We deal with lots of lenders and Vicky Pearce our BDM is the best we deal with, always calls back, always double checks when she doesn't know and does visit us in the office. A great BDM.

I have phoned this property agents enquiring about a property for rent. The lady on the phone said she would phone me back tomorrow to ask me some questions. How rude and how not to run a business you've just lost a potential renter

Keystone has delivered precisely "what it says on the tin"
In the beginning, I "dipped my toe in the water" and entrusted Keystone with £20,000 and they returned the capital and interest according to the terms I signed.
Over several years I have invested 7 x £50,000 with Keystone. At the end of each contract I received my capital and the agreed interest.
On the couple of occasions when the investment over ran the agreed time frame (the contracts allowed for this), as per the terms of my contract, the interest rate was given a most agreeable uplift.
At all stages of setting up all my contracts and during the various contract periods, Keystone were very helpful and informative.
I thoroughly recommend Keystone as an investment platform.

Ever since I started using The Keystone Property Group my mind has been put at rest as when One invests their families life savings it something that can be only done once as if it goes T#Ts up all one has worked for in Their life has Gone, with Keystone this has never being the case, from Desmond to Chelsea with Jason & Wes in the middle I have being looked after all the way, Jason is my investment adviser and I would say His advise is worth listening to, Why ? because from the beginning of the investment through to its maturity Jason is Transparent, He explains what the investment will achieve, during the term he stays in touch giving updates, when the term is due he calls again and informs you that the interest/Capital payback date is underway and will be transferred into the nominated bank account on the contract date, "this always occurs", so Keystone Property Group, should you use them? I'm not one to advise but would say YES 100%.
