I booked a flight to Munich and found…

I booked a flight to Munich and found the price was a good match with what is available on line. The system is easy to use and quick. The survey feedback was asked before the confirmation came in - that seems a bit premature.

Booking with Key Travel is no fun

An exceptionally fussy site; booking is always really difficult, but made bearable because I've developed a lot of work-arounds.

Swift, responsive and flexible

The company got back to me in very short time immediately after my travel request was approved which to me demonstrated commitment to support.

Upon sharing my travel details, the team was able to share with me the different available flight schedules, allowing me to make informed decisions on the best options. This is commendable.

postponement of flight itinerary

The postponement of my travel arrangments with all Key travel flights needed new bookings.
The confirmation and new eTicket were only possible with the emergency number. It worked out timely but cancellation of the previous non refundable flights had to be arranged with the Key Travel team in Geneva on 3rd of November 2025.
