We ordered in, half of the items were missing

Food is usually pretty good. Every time we go there & ask 4 sauce we never get any. WTH, their employees arent deaf! When we ask if they put the sauce in the bag, they always say yes. When we get home we find no sauces! This is very rude. At their prices they can afford 1 or 2 sauce cups. If it happens again, we wont B going back.

Missing chicken food was terrible gravy cold and lumpy chicken tasted like been sitting for hours mansfield branch ate at Leicester branch in March food was amazing stay clear of Mansfield branch

Working with Deliveroo, the order was over 1hr30mis late, missing the side, food was cold, drink was warm.
Both KFC & Deliveroo blamed the other & kept sending me back & forth for the refund on the missing item & refused to refund for the rest of the bad service.

They should just close down all KFC restaurants or get new employees who actually care about their customers, food and how clean the store is. Everytime I order there, the food is old and cold, I don't receive all my items(potatoes are missing gravy), the restaurant is always messy(VERY UNCLEAN), employees are rude and inconsiderate. Never again I am going there. VERY DISSATISFIED! This store is on 73rd and Appleton in Milwaukee, WI.

Their prices for the 12 piece meal have gone up by $10, while the sides have been cut in half. Plus the mashed potatoes are always watery tasting. The biscuits are always over baked and dark, dry, crumbly. If they can even get your order right. Quite often items are missing. I will no longer go to KFC it's been a constant disappointment. We ordered via uber eats. The delivery arrived, half of one of the meals was missing and a side we paid additional for on the other meal was also missing. The food arrived stone cold. I was refused a refund for the missing items from Uber Eats as they said it was in their t's and c's they didn't have to refund missing items and ended the chat. There is no other way to raise this issue for a refund with KFC staines. Never using uber eats again. This is appalling service. You cannot refuse a refund for something which was not provided.

I've tried it now 3 times every time my order has been wrong the chicken has been cold and or dry last time I ordered gravy they hadn't put the lid on properly so it went everywhere
Chaotic place always getting customer's orders wrong with things like fries missing

After a very hard time to date I had a small victory today and decided to treat myself to celebrate. I usually can't afford delivery I usually pick up, but I was extremely tired after working double shifts all week. I ordered from the Marsden store and paid $30, for a three piece meal.

I specified two original and one tender, which were options available to me, one to be a drumstick, and a chocolate mousse. I recieved with no explanation etc that my order was unable to be filled, three fillets which are tough and chewy and missing most of the coating. It is revolting.

It's a lot of money for me, I had finally gotten paid and had my first meal in three days.
No notification of order change, no text from the driver on arrival as requested. Just ask round revolting disappointing good and service and a total waste of money. Really not good enough, I want my money back and better food and service! I used to work for KFC and the standards wee a lot higher when I worked. Shame on you, seriously, seriously feeling ripped off and angry.

Absolutely useless never checked the delivery twice in a row on 1st June and today and missing items and exactly the same mistake made .Got a credit note last week then rang KFC Ipswich today to ask please can Deliveroo.co.uk bring back the missing item.I was gaslit stating I was shouting when again they said it was nothing to do with them and then put the phone down .I explained missing items and no bag and this was the second week same mistake happened.They could have easily rectified it .Will never use them again. Absolutely terrible service two weeks running.

If I could give zero stars I would the KFC in Hamburg is ridiculous and the lady that works the cash register she looked about 20 years old she refused me biscuits after I had to go in three times because they didn’t give me the proper order the fries and the biscuits were missing from the order and it was a $50 order I have called corporate she does not need to have a job in the food industry

We went to KFC this afternoon and ordered the 16 piece bucket meal for our family. My father had to order several times because they just did not get it. He ordered the 16 piece bucket SEVERAL times, and they kept asking "10 piece? 12 piece?" My father corrected them over and over again. They finally confirmed it was the 16 piece meal. They told him the portion order was reduced so he would have to order extra sides etc. When he was waiting in the parking lot they came out and asked if he ordered the 12 piece meal. Again no my father corrected him. The guy looked at the bag and said , "yeah yeah this is the 16 piece meal." We brought it home and the bucket was only half full. I counted the chicken and there was only 11 pieces. We were pissed. We had to wait over 40 minutes for our food so we did not want to go back. It was mainly chicken wings and some pieces were not edible because they were not fully cooked. We only got one gravy for the whole meal. They reduced the portions and we were charged over 60 dollars( I don't remember the specific price. sorry) for an incomplete and under cooked meal. And yes everyone got sick from eating the food.

Delivery was missing items and was freezing cold,so it went in the bin. Notified Just Eat and they emailed a reply asking what happened,although I'd already explained what had happened. Since then they've TOTALLY IGNORED ME.

Worst experience ever!!! So, I made an order online and went to pick it up. I pulled into the drive thru and they told me to pull forward. I did and the woman at the window was really great! I received my order and checked it. It looked like i was missing part of my order. I waited literally 5 minutes at that window and no one came back. I then honked the horn 1 time. Waited like a minute or two... nothing. I honked twice... nothing! I see an employee walk by and looked in my direction and kept walking. I honked my horn 3 times... nothing. Now I'm getting irritated. I call the store and the phone just rings, no one answers. I am still by the window so I pulled up a little so I could get out and go to the door. At this point I just want my money back. I go to the door and it's locked. I knock loudly 3-4 times... nothing! I go back to the drive thru window and knock repeatedly. Finally someone, actually 3 employees come. The manager was so rude. I was angry at this point and I told her that my order is missing something and that I have been here trying to get help for the last 10 minutes or longer. I told her that I honked several times. Saw an employee walk by and ignore me. That employee started yelling at me saying she didn't walk by! Then I told her how I knocked on the door, called the phone, went back to the window and knocked again to try and get this resolved! The manager then starts yelling at me saying they are not going to help me and closes the window and locks it. Every few moments she would open it and yell something but by that time I was on the phone with the police. Now I really want my damn money back! As I'm on the phone with the police she comes storming out of the store yelling at me while she was on the phone talking to someone!! I thought the phone wasn't working, which is what she said when I asked why no one answered the phone when I called. So the police could not get my money back but he did give me some great advice.

Very poor quality food, the chicken was dry and tasted if it has been in the warmer for long time.... but the sweet corn and mash potatoe was very good, the food was well over priced and part of the order was missing

Standards have well dropped in all kfc, disgusting really, the food is despicable, we pay for a service and expect what we pay for. Also the staff in most stores are children and clearly have no training or hygiene standards the majority of them. Also what is it with sending out orders that have constantly items missing? THAT WE PAY FOR? Your basically scamming and robbing the public why? Disgusting KFC.....
