Bought a property from KFH Battersea. Only a selection of keys were provided by the office once completion was confirmed. One key was missing and I had to purchase this key for £15 from the buildings reception area.

I messaged the agent who confirmed the error also acknowledging not all of the keys had been given when I visited the office.

Asked for a refund of £15 due to their error. They refused to give me a refund. What ever happened to customer service!! I will never use this agency again. Extremely disappointed!

Which in itself is a rare occurrence in this day and age but especially appreciated as part of a large company. I could not recommend anyone more highly if you are looking to entrust your property to a professional.

Very disappointed again. As soon you sign the contract with them they don’t care about you much. Really disappointed.
The first years were better, especially the first year but as longer you stay with them they care less and less and less about their customers.

Mohamed and his team (Alisdair and Chris) have been amazing. I have two properties rented out by them. They have gone out of their way to deal with any issues I’ve had and dealt with it courteously and promptly. With regards to getting tenants, they listen to your remit, and have been proactive in getting appropriate tenants which I have had difficulties with past letting agents. Whenever I call Mohammed, he gives me excellent and honest advice, and always goes above and beyond what is required of him.
