KFP Pharma - do not trust them
I used to order specific supplement needed for my wife regarding her eyes condition. Single capsule bottle costs over £60. I have placed online order multiple times and all was ok. I have placed recent order online on 04/03/2023. Received nothing by 14/03/2023. I emailed seller. Got response about mysterious problems with weather and/or address incomplete. Obviously my address details hasn't changed for last 10 years and there was no snow nor hurricane in Bucks for last 2 weeks. Suddenly the seller provided some tracking details saying that the item was successfully delivered yesterday (!?) and signed of by some strange name (!!?). I have reported the inconsistencies and requested full refund as seller has failed to deliver goods as per sales contract. Seller (in writing) refused to provide teh refund and sent me to run over the neighbourhood and call the Police for help with that (!!!?). The seller representative signed emails as CEO! Please beware this is untrusted and dishonest company which effectively accused me of stealing in purpose of holding to £60 themselves.
Update 18/03/2023: Kfp Pharma "launched" investigation with DHL and asked me to be patient. Seller has already breached their sales contract and now is asking me for patience. This seller is a joke.
