Avoid at all cost – inflated charges and no transparency.
I was billed 6,500 DKK for a simple lock replacement that should cost no more than 2,000 DKK. They charged 2.5 hours of work for a 30‑minute job, plus extra time for travel to and from the apartment, and even time in their office. They also mistakenly billed me for two locks instead of one, hoping I wouldn’t notice. This level of overcharging and lack of transparency is unacceptable. Avoid this company.
