Non Existent Customer Service
I can't vouch for their product quality. But if their customer service and communication is anything to go by then I wish I never dealt with them.
I get an email confirming shipping with what seemed a click button to check but it's just a picture. The courier company in the email didn't exist and isn't in their website list on the equally useless help portal.
You end up getting a call centre in the Philippines. You don't get to talk to anyone in Australia. No one in Australia calls back despite asking.
To make matters worse they use the useless and incompetent Toll Ipec couriers.
Even more ridiculous is despite having a warehouse in Adelaide where delivery was required, they sent my order from Brisbane!
I'll never buy anything from them again.
