They are a scam, no way to cancel a subscription across any channel. Don´t download!!!!!

If I could give no stars I would.
Difficult to get a hold of and charged to my paypal even after I cancelled 6 days before the free trial ended but still cancelled my account.
And yes, as outlined in the same copy/paste response to all of the complaints: I followed the link on the website to cancel and used the right email to get in touch.
Super disappointing.

Terrible customer service & it doesn’t work.
I paid for a month, then cancelled. But they don’t acknowledge that you’ve cancelled and carry on taking money.
They don’t reply to emails.
Avoid like the Covid! Fraudsters.

I cancelled the day after I signed up which is less than 5 days before the 7 day free and money was still taken from my account. I have called and left a message and email as soon as I saw the deduction and I have received no reply.
I feel like it is a scam because how are you taking money from someone when they cancelled the subscription.

When you try to cancel your subscription it takes 72 hours for the cancellation to go through, and your free trial is only 24 hours. Theres a reason this "company" doesn't have an official instagram or facebook currently. Kinda ironic since this "brand" is supposed to help you gain a following on instagram itself. Their youtube account has all the dislikes and comments off because they don't want people to learn that it's a scam. You basically immediately forfeit $40 when you sign up for the "free" trial.

Signed up for free trail. I didn't cancel before first payment was taken so paid $40 and then cancelled my recurring payment via PayPal and this company then ended my subscription that same day. I basically paid $40 for 20hours of service. An absolute scam, they should have honoured the month at least but they didn't.

If you automatically restrict all access when someone cancels then you need to reconsider doing that. I tried for 7 days, but for me the cost didn't justify what I got from it. I would have used used it for the whole month as I paid for it. If people pay upfront for a service then that service should still be provided up until payment is due again.

You would receive less negative feedback/reviews if you made it simpler to contact you and responded as efficiently as possible.

A refund was given to me after my review on here. And my rating changed to reflect that.

With a new Instagram account about a week old, I had an email telling me I required this service. The subject line read "FIX YOUR INSTAGRAM ACCOUNT" and the contents telling me how I wasn't getting the right likes:follows and needed to use their service to sort the account out.

That was a downright lie. The email used scare tactics to play on fears regarding an issue with the account in order to push a sale of their service.

Tactics used by scammers.

After making my feelings known in a strong email I had a response saying that they could "assure you Kickspan is not a scam" and stated I took their email "the wrong way".

Clearly making people think something is wrong with their new account and need to sign up to a service to fix it - is a scam.

I'm certainly avoiding this company at all costs. I wouldn't let them near my Instagram with a bargepole.

I tried it for a few hours and after watching the algorithm, I noticed the sleeping seconds in between liking post etc was rather low. It needs to be at least 120 to 300 seconds breaking in between each action in order to prevent IG from freezing the accounts. It has a lot of potential but because of this, I canceled the same day.

FYI you can cancel on the main home page at the very bottom of the screen. It is not in your physical account nor under settings. Make sure you do it 4 days before you are charged otherwise, you will miss the deadline.

Doesn’t work, Instagram is blocking All the likes. They charged me after I cancelled my subscription. Fraudulent company.

Scam! Stay away! I was charged 40$ without knowing I should pay this sum. I don’t even use the service just realized the automatic payment made through Paypal. A complete fraud! Have sent email to no avail.

Please be aware of this website, after some intense research I believe this to be a fraudulent service who are also false advertising. All their listed projects, articles and other content all have the exact same text and have just changed images, Also give their team members a quick google you'll find no mention of them working for or having any connections with the Kickspan team. The game has the exact same amount of reviews as Kickspan on trust pilot and there has been no mention from said Major artists of their connection with the game. Mango nightclub also isn't a venue as the address is pinned to La Di Da nightclub. PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH AND MAKE SURE YOU'RE HAPPY TO GIVE THEM MONEY!

Scam company! Clearly all the 5 star reviews are fake.. do not use this service!

Customer service is none existent and you pay $40 for a poorly run software. Similar to the other negative reviews it's nearly impossible to cancel your subscription on time.

There are some parts of the service that are okay. I did have more interaction from other Instagram followers. However, it took me ages to find where I could cancel the service. This was not clear and you had to go searching for it. Also, the fastest option was 72 hours which is pretty stink because it still means that they will charge you! Not cool- Kickspan!

Despite what everyone else here has said, I have nothing but praise for Kickspan and the team. They've been prompt in my responses, allowed me to cancel when I wasn't financially stable, and then helped me re-enable the platform when I was back on my feet.

Not sure what happened with everyone else, but myself and other influencers in the engagement group all have high praise for how the team at Kickspan have helped us.

Without the help of the team at Kickspan, I would never have been able to be where I am now! An incredible team to work with!

This is terrible, no customer service, no way cancel the subscription or any payment settings. Randomly money taken out of my account, AN ABSOLUTE SCAM.
looking at these good reviews seem very shifty All of them are done 17 May and 16 May, like tf they are clearly fake, trying to boost there ratings by having friends and family make fake ones.
