Very disappointed with the packaging
Very disappointed with the packaging. The box arrived badly damaged, with the corners crushed, torn, and partially opened. It looks like there was very little protection inside the packaging to prevent damage during delivery. For a large and expensive item like this, I expected much stronger and more secure packaging. The condition of the box is unacceptable, and I’m concerned about whether the product inside has also been damaged. Please improve the packaging and protection for future deliveries.

great service, shipping times vary
Took a little While to ship but the item was as described and well packaged.
Edit: mistakenly put 4*, changed to 5* the delivery times were stated on the order page as per the reply, just a little slower than other competitors although well priced so worth the wait.

Delivery Date postponed by 6 weeks
Edit: [Updated to 3*] as ths item was delivered on Aug 14th as promised after 2 times of delivery date changes.
Original Post: Ordered a diaper bag on Jun 13th and the promised delivery date was Jul 3rd. They postponed the delivery date twice and eventually to Aug 14th (silently, did not receive an update). Now, the bag is still not shipped and their customer service is only through email with 3 working days of response time. Stay away from this company. They sell you products they never own and never will.

Quick delivery
Ordered a car seat base from a different company and they had issues with their deliveries. Turned to Kiddies Kingdom as I was desperate for the car seat base to arrive sooner rather than later. Stock level on their website was accurate as they were able to dispatch the order shortly after I placed it. Quick delivery too - came with 2-3 days of me placing the order. Feeling cheated by their discounts
Easy to shop however the item I bought was on offer from £45 to £45.
Plus when I tried and apply the 10% code for summer offer it didn’t work as the items in the basket are already discarded…. What a joke…

Ordered a mattress that was wrong size. Amazing customer service from Lillie. Quick responses, consistent communication and only explained situation once. Dealt with 1 advisor whole time. Within 2 weeks had old 1 returned and replacement recieved.

Absolute joke of a company, still waiting for an order that was placed early July. Promised 2 different delivery dates and low and behold it's changed again with no contact from them other than me chasing them for answers. Quick to take my money but I've to wait days for a refund.
