Bike arrived on time exactly as they said it would. Build quality is excellent and design matches the original 916 and the new SP2 well. Very pleased and I am sure my grandson will love it

The Ducati 916 balance bike from Kiddimoto is ace — incredibly well made and fantastic quality. You can instantly tell it’s built to last and is going to be loved. The details on the frame are brilliant too, they really make it stand out.
Customer service was spot on as well — polite, helpful, and super quick to respond. Couldn’t be happier and would 100% recommend!

Assembly was easy and all good quality
Assembly was easy and all good quality. The only thing that did not fit properly was the handlebar grips, and they're still not fully pushed on... so keep a regular eye on this.

Brilliant quality balance bike
I’m really impressed with the quality of this balance bike. The paintwork and finish are far better than I expected, it feels really solid and well made. Our son absolutely loves it and has been riding it non-stop. Couldn’t be happier with it 👍

Customer service is second to none
We bought the bus for our son's 1st birthday. What a fantastic toy! It is his most well-used and well-loved toy that he's ever received. He is nearly 5 now and the bus was so well-used that the inner wheel tubing wore out and the bus became very wobbly.
I called and spoke to Simon, asking to buy some new wheels. He sent a new set out for free! Now it gets a new life to be used by my new baby.
What amazing customer service. I would have been happy to buy the new wheels, and to be sent them for free so quickly blew me away. 10/10. Highly recommend the toy and the company.

Outstanding customer service
Bought a bike for my little boy. He is absolutely obsessed with it.
We had a small issue with the bike a coupe of months after purchase and the customer service could not have been any better.
It’s rare to come across a company that actually care about there customers and the products they sell:
Highly recommended and I will 100% be purchasing from them again in the future.
