I think my Mum got scammed

I think my Mum got scammed. They say they're in Seattle but their address points to an intersection, and the card payment shows Hong Kong. There is no contact email or phone information on their page, and the web form doesnt work. The site looks low effort and scammy, and was made in 2025 yet talks about slow delays from covid - surely to make consumers wait so its harder to get a chargeback. After ordering there was no confirmation email, no tracking, and no way to get in touch with them. Stay away!!
