Brought this car for a daughter at Christmas car is perfect other than one song on there that has bad language in but other than that good car

Bought a car from kids cars direct 5 years ago since then three different children have throughly enjoyed it had hours of fun, then through our own fault (left batteries in remote) and remote was ruined, contacted kids cars direct and was sent new remote….excellent customer service excellent products

a very good experience I ordered a car for my child looking at all the bad reviews I wasn't too sure 1st so I called them up and asked when the car would be delivered their customer service was 10 out of 10 I got the 1st car and it was broken and pieces missing so I called them straight away they replaced the car with a new 1 and picked up the old one with no problems what so ever we have a working car now that my toddle absolutely loves j would definitely recommend ordering

I have had very bad experience. I brought a double seat car for £279 in April 2021. Only 3 4 time my kids ride the car and it stopped. The 1 year warranty wasn't ended and i rang them, told them it stopped working battery is not charging anymore. He said change the battery, we dnt cover the battery in the warranty. Wth, first thing that made problem and u dnt cover it. I changed it, again car first ride was for only 10 minutes then stopped, he said no u have to charge it only for max 8 hrs. I had to get another battery. Same issue. Car is not charging any battery. Now who made me waste time and the warranty time gone up. I want my money back. If there were option i wouldn't give even 1 star. We do put the car on charge but it never charges the battery, stay on the same num. And if we try to take it out, less then 5 minutes and we struggle to take it back home. Never ever buy from this site. Pay extra, go to smyths, asda sometime has this cars, but from this company 👎

I just got the flying nova PRO. Waiting for arrival now. When it arrives I will write the review and say whether you should really be buying it. Looked good when I saw it on thee website.

Ok lot of negatives on here but I decided to buy my granddaughter a land rover discovery from this company. After an initial issue regarding the colour the car arrived. I have nothing bad to say about the toy car. It is well made, easy to assemble, delivery was super fast. The only real negative is that it takes while for them to respond to emails and the phone number published in their website does not work (this however could be COVID related). I will update this review in 6 months to see how the car stands up to the little tykes play! But overall very good so far.

Purchased a landrover for my grandson! When the item arrived it was missing the parental control. A replacement was sent and I was advised that they would send a Lamborghini one as they did not have any landrover ones in stock. I was assured that it would work. Imagine my grandson’s disappointment on Christmas Day when it didn’t work!! Chased up again and now told they will collect vehicle as not on stock. So annoyed that they are selling items that are obviously missing parts. Surely there would have been a quality check?! How am I supposed to upset my grandson further because a company cannot fulfil their contract in providing complete goods?! They should not advertise items if they don’t have the correct parts and stock. Absolutely disappointed. Delivery info was incorrect too as I didn’t get informed until it had been delivered to a neighbour and even then I had to knock around doors to find out which neighbour as this wasn’t even specified let alone a card through my door! Never again using this company and I’m still waiting for a resolution

My son was bought an orange Rangerover car from here for Christmas by my parents. The car was delivered to my address and my dad claimed it was an absolute bargain the price, it should have included a driver pack with a driving licence for my son but that was no where to be seen. The car itself is a cheap Chinese manufactured car definitely not a bargain. Everything about the car feels cheap. Fast forward 8 months and the batteries now fail to charge at all. Sent the company an email was told I would here back in 4-5 days over 10 days later nothing not a word from the company. I would highly recommend you avoid this company at all costs. Buy from a reputable company.

So after writing a review on Trust pilot the company has finally decided to respond to my email. They are denying any knowledge of the transaction or have ever selling that style of car.

I now have my father scrolling through his bank statements to find the transaction. However I still have the link to their website that he sent me prior to Christmas to ask if I’m happy with him ordering the car. The link takes me straight to their website to a page no longer found. Conveniently no longer selling that style of car. Again I strongly urge any one that comes across their website to avoid it to save disappointment.

Ordered the car for my grandaughter, which arrived but not the nameplate and paperwork. Telephoned them and I was promised that they would send it. After waiting for 4 days I telephoned them again and a fake promise as before. Dishonest company which gives you lies after lies. Never going to order anything from them again. Stay away from them.

Utter joke! Car arrived ontime but was damaged in three different places! Website stated the opening times on a Friday of 8am-4pm called from 8am all the way till 9:30 when they finally answered and advised me they open at 9 and the website is wrong but still haven’t changed it on the website. Upon speaking to a member of staff who advised I can drive to them and swap the car myself aswell as they driver pack which had apparently been sent separately but still not arrived 3days after car arrived. and only compensated me £20 for my travel (never mind the inconvenience as they “don’t cover anything else. After doing so and driving home only to find the new car had no instruction manual, no bonnet and no windscreen and still no driver pack after they advised me they checked the car and all was in the box and no damage! My sons birthday was the Monday and they aren’t open on the weekend! Will never use or recommend this company! Now awaiting them to collect the car and refund me!!!
