Took my money, but no climbing frame or communication from them.
Ordered a climbing frame and haven't heard anything from them. They say on their website they will contact you within 48hrs to discuss delivery, but I've not heard anything.
I've tried emailing and calling - the phone number never picks up, just goes straight to an automated message with no option to leave a voicemail. My emails have been ignored.
In case anyone from the company wants to look into this for me - my order number is 8894. Happy to update this review if they redeem themselves.

Shockingly bad business - Avoid.
Creative Garden Supplies are the sole UK distributors for Jungle Gym. They are the most dis-organised, unresponsive and most shoddy business that we have ever come across. They short delivered some parts and also sent incorrect build kits which meant that we had £1,300 of useless timber. They do not answer the phone and don't respond to emails. Avoid at all cost.

Very unresponsive when things ain't…
Very unresponsive when things ain't right.. They were the suppliers for Jungle Gym.. I had pieces missing and most of all the slide! The frame has sat in the garden unused due to the slide missing! And one very unhappy child!
