If I could give zero stars than I would.
I know that this is a cheap hairdresser and you get what you pay for, but you would still expect some level of service.
When I got my first ever hair cut I went here and subsequently a few times afterwards and each time I have gone, I have always taken a photograph of what I want my hair to look like. Unfortunately, few of them have managed to get it right.
I hate the fact that they do not offer appointments. Several times people have pushed in and when I have argued this with the staff, their response has always been "right OK, well you'll be next". That's not the point! The point is I should have been before the person that has pushed in. I even went once before the salon was open to make sure I was the first one. I was let in and then a second lady came in and the hairdresser still served the other lady first. Terrible!
They have zero customer service, very little hair dressing skills and very little customer care about them. The problem also is that there is so many of them, churning out one after another in their training academy that it has devalued them as a brand.
I started going to Tony & Guy instead which is a lot more dearer but I only go once a year and at least they have an appointment booking system, staff are friendly and excellent customer service where they bend over backwards to make you feel comfortable so can't fault them.
