I would give 0 stars if I could

I would give 0 stars if I could. I chose a watch face I liked. Gave me an hour free trial but I purchased it for 1.69. After the trial I put the code it to 'unlock' it and it doesnt work. I write their support and not only are the incredibly rude. They told me I bought the wrong one. There's no effing way I bought the wrong one. I clicked it and paid for it. BUYER BEWARE THEY BAIT AND SWITCH then argue with you that it was your fault. It's only a dollar and 69 cents but its the principle.

Do NOT use

I started off excited when I first used this service to pay for a variety of clock faces on Fitbit but I quickly got annoyed after receiving the email that was full of false advertisement. It provided approximately 25 different download options but the Fitbit App would only allow up to 5 max, which is another whole issue. However, several of the clock face options looked nothing like the thumbnail once you open it up. It also kept glitching and requiring a code before allowing the download and it also repeatedly kept requiring me to indicate that the clock face had already been paid to avoid being charged again. I should've known that it was too good to be true that they would offer that many clock faces in a bundle for only $3.99. If you come across this offer, Do Not Download it!!!

I HAD NO PROBLEMS

I have had no problems following instructions which are clearly stated on the Garmin App for watch faces, I selected Butterflies which is lovely, a charge was mentioned but I used prom code BFFREE and it was fine, got email confirmation there was no charge, so very happy with that. Thank you to the developer 😍

Good Customer Service

Bought an app for the Fitbit through Kiezelpay… I believe the developer of the app is a 3rd party not related to Kiezelpay but uses the Kiezelpay platform for payments. Anyways the app didn’t work. When I contacted Kiezelpay they refunded me within a few hours. Definitely legit with good customer service.
