Ordered a winter jacket for my son in November and here we are in -10 weather and no coat at the end of December. They said they didn’t have it in stock and they can still ship it once they order it but I told them to just refund the money which they didn’t. I had to file a claim with my bank and the Shopify website. I see that they are always active on Instagram posting items and trying to rip off more people. Scammers.

They’ve got beautiful clothes and they’re amazing and available everyday. Even the delivery times are not too long. It’s just perfect

I ordered 2 things from this website, boots and a jacket with fur.
Excellent quality.
The jacket is warm, the fur does get a bit stuck in the zipper but other than that it's perfect! Very comfortable.
The boots (with the fur) are also very warm with some sort of sherpa lining on the inside. Feels like im walking on clouds, so so comfortable.

They tried to scam me twice and couldn't answer me properly if I could exchange one size for another. Just wasting my time. Yes, they answer quickly, but not directly to the point and wierdly trying to circumvent your offer to get their way. The quality of the clothes is pretty good, the delivery not so much. Overall, I do not recommend, because of the service, at least for me. Or you need to be 100% sure you have right size and pray its not damaged, because the pricing and negotiation isn't worth your time.

The items I have received from Kiikio are of great quality, true to fit and my Son was very happy with his jacket. There was a shipping error on my part and their customer service was superb! They got back to me immediately and corrected the problem at no extra cost to me! I will definitely be shopping with them in the near future!!

Bought a leather jacket but didn’t know if it was male or female but the customer service was very nice to help me change the size just incase. Now just patiently waiting for the item to ship and for the product to come. Will write another view of the actual product!
