Great experience, was a gift for my boyfriend and I had no clue what was the difference between some of the sets (it turned out to be skins not an actual figures) and the staff replied to my email quickly. The shipping process was a little strange for the stuff that wasn't in stock yet but it all arrived on time.

As someone whose had a mixed bag of shopping for collectibles online, i wasn't too sure what to expect of Kikatek. However, my first experience with them was absolutely spot on.

Although i came there looking for gunpla model kits, there's so much more that they have in stock it could make your head spin and at very fair prices might i add.

To my surprise, the order was dispatched the same day i placed it and literally arrived within 2 days using the Fedex priority option.

Mega sized gundam are great for beginners and like me who can't build smaller ones anymore due to arthritis.

The items I ordered arrived fast and in good condition. The quality was great and I love how cute my new robot is!

My issue wasn't with the products themselves but rather the lack of communication about the warehouse service. I preordered my goods months ago and they were delayed due to stock, fair enough. It was only went i went in to check myself because other stores had the items that i only found out that the items have been in my warehouse for 4 days. You mean to tell me it wasn't possible to send me a notification to say i can ship the items? Please sort that out, other than that everything else was fine, price was decent and getting the items was within given timeframe.
