Dreadful company
Dreadful company. I bought an allergy vacuum from this company however, it leaked air that was sucked up from the carpet and therefore dust where the hose meets the handle. I contacted Killis and asked to return and explained the fault. They tried to charge me £19 return postage. Under Distance selling Law faulty returns must be paid for by the seller. After 5 phone calls to this company they agreed to pay return. Several phone calls later they said I would receive a full refund. Waited another week and still no refund. Phoned again, surprise, no one wants to speak to me. Later that day I receive an email stating a refund but no refund of postage. I phoned again. Manager called me back and said vacuum does not leak and said he would not refund postage. My wife and I are elderly and he as good as called us liars when we explained we had both felt the air leaking and you can actually hear it, from where the hose meets the handle. Needless to say we were both angry at being accused of not telling the truth. I am not accepting their "story" and am doing a chargeback on my card for the full amount.
Unless you want a lot of upset and many phone calls and get no further, spend your money with a trustworthy company who doesn't ripoff pensioners. Shame on them. Do not buy from KILLIS. Makes me wonder if they are that desperate to save £19!!!!!!!
