Shipping took about a month but I am completely happy with my order!

The CSGO CT Keychain is very nice, if only I had keys to put on it. The Hyper beast mousepad is very nice quality, except for some fails in the stritching.

So I was having ping issues in World of Warcraft that I thought were network related so I purchased Kill Ping. Kill Ping did not solve my issue as I found out an addon was actually causing the issue so I requested a refund. I was originally helped by Arshad who gave me some troubleshooting steps to make sure the application could not assist me, but the request had to be escalated to the devs. Arshad was very courteous when I dealt with him. The devs requested a remote session and when I logged into their live chat for the session the devs were unavailable. However, once I explained my situation to Mateen, the rep that responded to my live chat, they processed my refund without further issue. Mateen was also a joy to work with and even provided me a discount code for my troubles should I wish to utilize their services in the future.

-1 star for the 2 business day wait on a reply to my ticket and requiring troubleshooting before processing my refund. While I understand the desire to troubleshoot all issues first, it is at times a large inconvenience to the customer.

Found Kill Ping Randomly throguh recommendation on online forums, wanted to play LoL Garena - Philippines which need a proxy, a good one at that.

Had issues starting Kill Ping, Bit Defender kept removing files but customer support was there to help out and fixed the problem (Thanks Mateen :D)

LoL Garena - Philippines normally ran around 100+ms, ran at 60ms when i did with Kill Ping.

TLDR. It works, if implemented right. ASK the customer service first I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT. Would give a 10/10

Not always better latency than "without killping" but usually in many games it works as great :)

When there was a hiccup on the shipment for one of my orders, the support team were very helpful and cooperative. Since I also ordered it with same week shipping, they even refunded that since it arrived later passed that week.

The service is very effective especially for Blade and Soul NA. Whenever support is needed, they reply as soon as they can. They are also courteous and very helpful.
