Don’t use this platform

This was a terrible experience.
I was hit with a membership charge that I consider unfair and improper. The billing terms were not clear, the cancellation process was a mess, and support was no help at all. Once they take your money, getting a real solution feels like pulling teeth.
From my experience, this platform has serious billing issues and cannot be trusted with paid memberships. If a company can’t be transparent about charges, can’t make cancellation simple, and can’t provide real customer support, it shouldn’t be taking people’s money in the first place.
I don’t recommend it at all.

kimi is a great website creator

kimi is a great website creator, for my college project though i had to cycle through the first free 3 attempts on my mail, i logged in with my phone number and was able to complete it in 2, it may not be perfect for large scale professoinal websites, but if you want to create something niche, it's an awesome website, you just need the right prompts so that it goes smoothly

Stole my money

Stole my money, i cancelled before my trial ended, and i got charged 1.5 months later? I forwarded the charge attempts 3 times, 10 days later the support bot replies with steps how to cancel.. my non existence subscription. I followed the steps and what do you know, no cancel button, just history of a charge, and im on free tier?

Kept trying to charge me after confirming cancellation

I had an initial positive experience with Kimi. This persuaded me to try out their professional plan for $20/mo. Unfortunately, I found that their AI was not competitive for my purposes with the better-known alternatives.

That would be OK. I would give them three, maybe even four stars if that were the end of the story.

The end of the story is that, like too many scumbag organizations nowadays, they repeatedly confirmed that I had cancelled my membership and that I would not be charged anymore - and then they went ahead and charged me anyway.

Or at least they tried to. I saw them coming - I used an account that I was able to defund before the next billing cycle. But they weren't quitters. They kept trying and trying to charge me despite cancellation.

My advice: never, never trust Kimi.

I would like to share honest feedback…

I would like to share honest feedback about your platform.

Your platform has potential, but honestly it needs a lot of improvements. Since morning I have been trying to build a complete website with backend using your AI, but it still could not generate a working solution.

The AI responses are inconsistent and not practical for real development tasks. For developers who want to build full platforms (frontend + backend), the current system is not reliable.

Because of this, it resulted in a waste of both time and money for me.

I strongly suggest improving:

• Backend code generation
• Full-stack project structure
• Error handling in generated code
• Ability to generate complete working projects

Right now it feels more like a demo tool rather than a platform ready for real development.

I hope you seriously improve the system because the idea behind the platform is good.

BAD SUPPORT.

BAD SUPPORT.

I made wrong buy, and asked for refund. They don't help. Every reasonable software provider always gived me refund.
