Great company! I accidentally placed an order and I emailed them and it was cancelled the next day. Feeling very grateful for their responsiveness and hopefully one day soon I will buy an item on purpose.

Outfit is very cute! Did not have to pay any extra duties or tariffs which was nice.

I like the ethical aspect of the company.

They don’t have any return or exchange or refund policy .
We ordered 2 shirts from their Instagram page . Since last 10 days we are trying to reach them for the size change through their WhatsApp number but unfortunately they are not giving any response not even they bother to read our messages .
Please beware and be alert before shopping anything from this brand . They have zero reliability.

The clothes themselves are great but if you need a refund or want to exchange prepare to wait. I’ve been going back and forth with them over email for over a week now and I just want to return something. I understand this is a small brand so I feel bad for complaining. At the same time I am frustrated. It shouldn’t take this long to get in touch with you or to expect a response. As of 10/2 I’m still waiting to return my blouse.

I love the ethos of this company - just a few designs per year, ethically made - and they are so helpful and lovely! (Just seen some bad reviews that sound like they're talking about a different company, since this page isnt officially claimed then for the avoidance of doubt this is for kinaandtam .com) I've been seeing their designs on Instagram for a while but only just purchased for the first time myself. Ordered some trousers, checked the size chart super carefully cos of ordering overseas (the shipping is £6 from Australia to the UK though which I thought was hella reasonable!) Was gutted when they didn't fit, so I contacted them about an exchange. They were SO LOVELY, they checked everything really carefully and it turned out they'd written the wrong size that their model was wearing (causing me to size up unnecessarily) which they immediately fessed up to as well as re-writing their size chart to be clearer and sending me the new size at no extra charge - the fit is fantastic btw - I felt so listened to and valued as a customer, they were so sweet. Wishing them all the success and will support again when I can!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! WORST shipping experience ever as well as the quality of items. First off they took four days to ship out my dress and I’m almost positive it’s because it is dropshipped from China, many of the items can literally be found on AliExpress. Second, my package has been mysteriously getting “lost” via USPS. You would think that if you spend $109+ on a dress they would provide you with at least decent shipping, but they probably chose the cheapest/worst line possible which is funny because they guarantee 2-6 day shipping. I placed my order on July 7th and still haven’t received it, it’s the 19th, and I don’t even live far from their warehouse in NJ. Don’t even bother wirh customer service, they straight up tell you there’s nothing they can do. Lastly, the dress I purchased already has a review on the website (Raggedy Ann Dress) about how the quality feels like that of shein and is pooy made. The dress was $109 people. Do not buy from here it’s fast fashion marked up garbage.

I had some issues with the site due to my phone glitching and the Instagram employee helped me work through the issues to make my order, it was so nice and helped immensely. Later I received my clothes but after washing one according to instructions, it tore because I didn’t unbutton the neck section. I emailed Kinaandtam to tell them about it, hoping they’d change their instructions for future buyers, and they graciously sent me a replacement and said they’d adjust their instructions. I didn’t expect a replacement at all and the kindness blew me away. The quality and fabric is so luxurious and everything is so well made, Their customer service is amazing and everyone I spoke with was so friendly and understanding. I’m a long time fan of their designs that they share on Instagram and will continue to support them whenever my bank account allows! Totally worth every cent <3

I love my sweater vests! I bought a few sweater vests from them and am amazed by the quality. It's one of those thick but soft sweaters, and the lining feels great, and they look clean. I've recommended their stuff to all my coworkers because I keep on getting compliments on them!

All of my KT pieces make me feel so seen and gender-europhic. Delivery to me was also very fast (I'm in sf). Thank you for making such wonderful clothes that are made for me. I'll definitely be coming back for more!

The dog tales sweater is a great sweater for any dog lover. The illustrations are so detailed and the colors of this product look really good on everyone. I love wearing it and get many compliments every time I wear it!

My package went missing and they sent me a new one without any hesitation. I'm just so impressed with the service and the attention they paid to my order and emails. The sweater I bought is stunning too, I always get so many compliments when I wear it.

I love my jumper soo much and I’ve got all my friends on it too and we always matcha haha! I’m planning on getting the matching pants next when I get paid.

Sizing is a bit on the smaller side and not very consistent across pieces but very good quality and still cute. I would definitely recommend but just double check the size chart first!

Purchased a sweater and it is so thick and well made and I love that it’s warm enough to be a standalone piece without anything else. Does feel a little heavy when on though but I guess that comes with the thickness.

I am very impressed with my purchase from Kina and Tam. On top of the quality totally exceeding my expectations, they even let me know the dates of their Black Friday sale in advance and told me to hold off on buying, I’ve never seen another brand do this and help their customers save money. Much respect!

Run by lovely people and such lovely clothes, I’m so happy with my top and pants :)
