The customer service team is disrespectful and rude!

The customer service team is disrespectful and rude!

I spoke first with a young man, then he wanted to finish the conversation and referred me to his female colleague!!
I Remember her name well (Victoria). As soon as I explained my question about the warranty offered on their most expensive pulse oximeter, she told me I wouldn't be able to get it quickly because of the holiday. I asked if it was the same product if I bought it from Argos. She said yes. I asked her about the warranty offered by them as they are the manufacturer, and she told me to ask Argos!!
I asked if I could register the product on their website after buying it, and she yelled, "I don't have time! Since you're buying from Argos, you should ask them!! I have to end this call" and hung up!!!!!!
How rude of you, Victoria!

Great customer service

Great customer service, had a question regarding replacement wires for a tens machine , the customer advisor responded really quickly on the chat and helped me get the right cables for the machine I had.

Replacement product

I purchased a gadget for my sinusus in February but come this winter (and next infection... ergh, so fed up with it), the device was broken and not turning on, despite battery changes.

I called Kinetik and without hesitation they replaced my product and not only that, it arrived the next day. Amazing customer service! 10/10! I thoroughly recommend them.

Too complicated and fiddly for me

Too complicated and fiddly for me. I wish I’d looked at some other products more carefully before buying this. I’m sure it’s accurate but probably best if you employ a nurse to work it out and ministrate.

This is an edit one day later. I got my neighbour (a retired nurse) to test me using your equipment. Within 10 minutes we got three readings: 6.9, 7.2 and 8.6 using 3 separate test strips and 3 separate lancets. These readings were taken just after 10am on an empty stomach. I had not been exercising and was not dehydrated. Nor do I live at a high altitude. There was no indication on the meter that the temperature was abnormal. So I take back my comment: “I’m sure it’s accurate”.
These things happen. Faulty devices are sometimes produced. I would ask for a replacement but my neighbour tells me there are now devices that are much easier to use costing a similar amount to yours.

Connor couldn’t be more helpful

Connor couldn’t be more helpful. I was grateful that I had registered my purchase with copy of invoice with the company as this is vital.He was patient and knowledgeable and when my machine became faulty he exchanged it for a newer version. I am delighted with the service offered.

Excellent customer service

I contacted Kinetik as the cuff of my blood pressure monitor was over inflating - painfully!! They reacted very promptly and when I replied to say I couldn't find my receipt , they suggested I look through my bank statements . What genius and how helpful. I found the payment to Amazon on my credit card statement and they immediately accepted that and sent a label so that I could post the product back under warranty

Missing item

Placed an order, for 2 items but only one was received, went onto chat with customer services and will hopefully receive the missing item in a few days. Will update in a few days. The body composition scales I did receive work well are easy to set up. Update received my missing item the following day the inner ear thermometer, so easy to use. Will be using Kinetik in the future.

Helps me breathe and sleep better

I’ve been using the Kinetic Wellbeing nebuliser over the last couple of years, and it’s made a real difference to my health. It gives great relief during chest infections and helps me breathe and sleep much more comfortably. Their customer service has also been excellent — they sent spare parts quickly when I needed to replace the tubing and mouthpiece. I’d happily recommend it.

Items Less than good

Items are fantastic. However delivery can be dire. I live in a block of flats. I may have to cancel subscriptions because of that.

Excellent service

Excellent service. Had an issue with the device after purchase contacted Kinetik and got a quick reply. Forwarded prepaid envelope and checked issue out. Advised me promptly that a replace would be sent. Excellent service

I purchased a wrist blood pressure monitor and found it too fiddly for me. This my opinion only so others may like using it. Contacted Connor at customer services and he organised a return and refund details straight away, no problems at all.
UPDATE Since writing this review I have had no further response from this company, Connor said I would hear from him by the end of the day but so far nothing. I am going to try again this morning.Sorry I gave 5 stars now.

Problem now solved, just a bit impatient. Well done customer services!!

Have you gone out of business? I’ve emailed you a number of times, filled in your ‘contact us’ form and just tried to ring you on the number on your web site, phone cut off.

Kinetic BP monitor : Most inaccurate blood pressure monitor money can buy

I bought a Kinetic BP monitor and it has never worked properly. It always give wrong indicator. When you take 3 readings at the same position... so much variation between the results for example 179/84, 164/90, 155/83. How to believe this machine. They are selling in the name of John Ambulance but their product is worse that worst available in the market. I contacted them 1 year ago and didn't get any resolution. Customer service is managed by Zendesk and are so unfriendly

24-Jun You responded after 2 months but given a wrong email address. I tried correcting the typo, still it failed

misleading marketing and no customer services replies

Marketing on some products unfortunately misleading, asked for a refund due to this and haven’t heard back from customer services despite a few attempts. Unsure where to go now! Unfortunately not the best communication.

Superb customer service from Connor…

Superb customer service from Connor O'Brien. He was so helpful always responding to queries quickly and resolved matters efficiently and promptly. This company really does take your heart health seriously and included additional information and lo salt alternative samples. Can't rate them highly enough. Total superstars. 1-10 they are a 12.
