Worst hair extensions I have ever bought.

I have had hair extensions for 11 years. And this is by far the worst brand I have ever tried.

I bought 24” blonde hair extensions and the shedding is not stop. It’s to the point my hair brush is filled every single day. The hair it’s self is very knotty and not silky like other extensions.

Whatever you do, do not waste your money with this company

i got 24” extensions of this company and within 5 months they had basically lost all their length and thickness bare in mind i spent nearly £700!! i then emailed them and they tried to say theres nothing they can do as its “normal” because they shed like natural hair, save ur money and dont let urself be disappointed like me, my hair is like my baby and now im going to have to splash more money on better extensions because this company is absolutely useless.

Not recommend this company. Hair is not bad quality, but communication with company is disgusting 😒. Change colour range any 9-12month,basic colour vell. Only for choice next day delivery for £8,no change delivery when you buy over
any price, no other choice.After 3 years working with this company I'm really disappointed. Vell read really correctly refund/return policy. Never order again.

Honestly wouldn’t even rate this hair a 1 star. Iv had Angel hair for years and my hair dresser changed to kings and I didn’t even believe it was real hair. It’s matted to the point I had to cut some out . It’s brittle. And looks poor quality. It’s actually embarrassing and I feel like Iv lost so much money .

Awful hair, I’ve been using hair kings for the past 3 years. I would always recommend this to EVERYONE, I usually get new hair every April as always last me well over a year. This April I got some new hair, 200g, 22/24 inch and the same colour I usually get. The first week of it it being in it was constantly matting but I thought if I washed then it would be ok, it’s got worse and worse as the months have gone by, the hair is so thing, the ends look ratty. It’s not the same hair I have had in previous years. I emailed hair kings stating my frustration they sent the hair for tests and stated nothing is wrong with it. I know it is wrong, even a few hair dressers I’ve been to have said there is no way that is 200g of hair and it’s awful for 4 months old. I will be having to buy new hair again, it’s a lot of money to be spending, you pay a lot and and expect the best. I’ve seen nothing but bad reviews about hair kings. I will never been purchasing from them again.

4 1/2 months with this hair in and it’s thread bare. £1000 I paid for this hair and there’s nothing left of it. Appalling, wouldn’t recommend!!! Not even £100 worth of hair left in my head

I have had hair kings extensions for 1 and a half years. The first set I had was amazing and lasted me over 1 year. The second set I’ve had fitted (exact same colour, length and thickness) is such bad quality I need a new set after 3 months. The hair is so tatty even after washing and treating it. The hair is so much thinner than the first set and has shedded a lot quicker. It also doesn’t hold curls. Wouldn’t go back to hair kings which is a shame as I loved my first set. (I have used the exact same recommended after care for both my first and second set).

I have tried so many different brands of hair and ive had some awful experiences! I did read the reviews before buying from Hair Kings and could see they were mainly positive. I've gone for tape extensions for the first time. I ordered the wrong colour to begin but called Hair Kings for advice. So helpful and I returned and repurchased without a problem. I've had the hair in for 2 weeks now. I've washed it and styled it, worn it up and down and I can honestly say it is amazing. No knotting or pulling on brushing. I'm also loving the thickness that I get from the tapes compared to nano. Excellent price too which definitely makes Hair Kings even more competitive!! Goodbye Beauty Works 😅

The hair is terrible quality won’t be buying again the hair is so dry and brittle it will get matted before it even going in your hair I wouldn’t waste your money on this hair brand I would never buy again I had it removed today and feel ten times better without it

Would give zero stars if I could. Weave completely changed colour before first retighten and they refused to acknowledge this was an issue and said they can’t control the way hair reacts. Been getting hair extensions from the same place for 8 years and never had an issue, used the same aftercare the whole time. Paid £420 8 weeks ago and now have to pay out again as they won’t replace. Ridiculous company, awful qualityy, even worse customer service.

Awful! Almost £400 for my hair to matte after a week. I’m forever brushing my hair to get the mattes out. I don’t believe it’s ‘real hair’ it looks like chewing gum. I would avoid using these at all costs!! Save your hair.

For someone who has 8 years experience in hair extensions, I think this brand it the worst I have ever worked with. Hair mattes from 1 week, even with the correct after care. The customer service is awful. I have used beauty works for years and thought I would try something different, no no no. I shall we be going straight back to them, what a mistake. I loose continuous hair due to its matting. I really want to let people know, you pay for quality.

Anna cut and colored my hair today exactly like I asked her to do. It turned out spectacular! She even ran and got the color from the store so she would have the right colors for me. I am beyond delighted with the service and the experience. Thank you!

Love KINGHAIR extensions. It really is 100% remy human hair after tesing one small strand. The color blends great even if not a 100% match. Looks very natural and amazing, and will definitely order it again.
