I am 74 year old, and i played Microsoft Flightsim since the start of the game, for that time very good, bad graphics.
Now i play The last Microsoft Flightsim Premium the Luxe 2020 via STEAM, Excellent, free xbox at start.
Now i ordered by Kinguin.net the newest,

XBOX Series X/S /PC CD KEY
My goal was to play the PC CD KEY function,
I have nothing todo with XBOX platform,
If you buy it for XBOX, then you can only play, via
a gamepass from xbox cost 12 or 16 euro each month.
I Just bought the / PC CD KEY version, but that isn,t.
Probably is the online PC version from STEAM, the same as i used for MFSF 2020
I didn,t yet use the key, or install the game. (XBOX gamepass!!!!!!)
I PUT A REFUND OR CHANGE TO KINGUIN,
BUT THEY DIDN,T WANT TO DO THAT.
Now for me, i feel very disappointent, about there statement.
I,ve been robbed from my money.
I don,t by the game somwhere else again.
I install the old game MFSF 2020 again, or maybe not.
Maybe i stop flying, with this misunderstanding.
The advertising was very misleading (MICROSOFT DID THIS MISLEADING ADVERTISEMENT, BUT THEY WANT
TO REACT, THEY HAVE NOTHINGTO DO WITH THE ADVERTISEMENT) only interesred IN MAKING MONEY
So both Kinguin.net and Microsoft are in my case guilty!
But officiële not, this is the new age for criminal intenties, They bove have the money, and I got a useless game , not for PC CD KEY,BUT ONLY FOR XBOX S/M nothing else. NO PC CD edition

Kinguin.com website does not publish negative product review which is collaboration in cheating the customer.

Kinguin's Customer Service is nearly non existant / not reacting and are supporting sellers only who do not care in the aftersale process providing initial copy/paste useless 'solution' for the broken product.

Got given an email and password to log into an account which is really sketchy so I would just buy the game you want as normal.

No problem what so ever whill buy from again. It was a valid key got charched the right amount and almost instantly got the game key so love to them.

I am writing to bring to your attention a serious incident of fraudulent activity that occurred on your platform. On September 4, 2023, an unauthorized transaction of 1,780.52 DKK was made from my Visa card ending in 1435. The transaction was referenced as 0247554780.

The scam was conducted through an email from sydtel19*sydtel.com.br, where the perpetrators were impersonating the Danish national health insurance company, "sygeforsikring danmark". This is not just a simple case of fraud, but a systematic abuse of your platform for illegal activities.

As a platform that facilitates these transactions, you have a responsibility to ensure the security and legitimacy of the activities conducted through your services. I am deeply disappointed and distressed by this incident.

I demand immediate action on this matter. I expect a thorough investigation into how this could have happened and what measures are being taken to prevent such incidents in the future. Most importantly, I insist on being refunded the full amount that was fraudulently taken from my account.

If I do not see satisfactory resolution or if there is any delay in addressing this issue, I will be left with no choice but to escalate this matter legally. I have already reported this incident to my bank, local law enforcement agencies, the Danish National Cyber Crime Center (NC3), and will also be reporting it to the relevant authorities in Hong Kong. They may reach out to you for further information as part of their investigation.

I hope it does not come to that and trust you will handle this situation with the urgency and seriousness it deserves.

Seller supplied an incorrect key for "The Alien Isolation Collection". It was for the correct base game but included none of the DLC that I was expecting (I ordered "Alien Isolation: Collection"). I should have, amongst others, got the "Crew Expendable" and "Last Survivor" DLC as part of this. I got neither. Now I'm being ignored by both the seller and the site helpdesk. I've submitted a claim to paypal, as the situation is unacceptable. Those are the only 2 DLC I want to play.

** after several weeks I did get a refund through paypal in the end, but this was unacceptable service all round from kinguin themselves and their seller.

Bought Battlefield 2042 Origin key, was instead given a link to another resellers website and a key to redeem there, once I did this, it gave me someone else's account details.

Seriously avoid Kinguin at all costs, simply go elsewhere. They mis-sold me a key, provided incorrect instructions then tried to back track in their support tickets, absolutely disgraceful customer services. I have requested my account be closed and my data removed from their database, GameCrew are an embarrassment too, replying to support cases with SMS text chat in their replies.

Dont bother spending a large sum of money here, they put your order on hold for days without any email letting you know you need to verify that it is you, when I sent a ticket they then told me I needed to send them ID proof (which I did). I then got an email back saying my ticket was closed? 4 days in I've still not gotten a response or the key OR my money back

If i'm honest i don't even want to give 1 star, i've been waiting over 3-4 days now for my key, they've taken my money and not even bother about contacting me back. First time using the site, no live chat, no communication, nothing. i either want my key or my money a back, you open a support ticket and got no response back! Joke.

One of my orders put on 'Hold' for security checks even though I've been ordering from then since 2014. Sent a response to a ticket they raised asking for a photo of receipt of some kind or bus ticket to prove where I was?? Dunno if they realise but were in lockdown.... why on earth would I have travel tickets or receipts to hand right now? I sent something in i hope will suffice but 24 hours later still no reply from them yet they have sure taken the money from my account... Bought C&C Ultimate Collection but the key did't wotk. The key of a friend did work. So it's a gamble to buy from them. They do not respond when u create a ticket on their website. This is very frustrating!!

Never had any problems. Always found what I'm looking for and usually at a great price.

You can even pay a little extra to get your purchase gaurenteed because the site works by matching buyers with sellers so that just assures buyers that the seller won't let them down. That said, I have never used that service (though maybe I should, it costs pennies) and I have never had a problem

Sent me an invalid key code for Win 10 Pro. I tried to activate Windows with the key code they sent and it wouldn’t work. Tried to activate it over the phone as they suggest and the customer assistant from Microsoft told me this key code was not valid. Tried contacting Kingquin and they still haven’t responded to my open ticket. As time was of the essence to Activate my Windows before Monday morning I had to go elsewhere to purchase a valid key for my Win10Pro machine I had just built. Looking for a refund but since they haven’t responded in a timely manner I’ve had to open a claim with PayPal.

Made quite a few purchases over the last week. Some of them being 10 steam keys or 5 steam key packages. Purchased quite a few DLCs as well and an additional 2 games not in the key packages mentioned earlier. Every single key has worked first time through entering into Steam. This is just as good or maybe even better than G2A. It is a toss up between the two.
Since the price is fantastic and the keys work I have to give it 5 stars!

Now that said, I do recommend this to whom ever might need cheap and easy games. Keep up the good work

if its a duplicate key (an already used one) good luck getting help, you have to jump through tons of hoops and get nowhere.
live chat support seems to only have one operator if the queue to time remaining is an indication.
Tickets take days to get a reply.
if you leave positive feedback for a seller its approved instantly, negative feedback stays at pending or not approved, making feedback for the sellers irrelevent.

As i say a lot of codes i have brought have worked with out incident but when i have had an issue its been next to impossible to get the issue resolved. Can not recommend them.
