Outpatient side of hospital.
Easy processing and comfortable with efficient staff. A bit of a downside that could improve things would be to fix the bathrooms. The first bathroom I visited on site was on constant flush and unclean. The next one worked but could do with being cleaned. This was 0845hrs so should not have been in an unclean state.
Other than that it was great.
The feedback is not a complaint it is just meant as constructive

Very professional nurses , all very caring and reassuring, excellent consultant who was also very caring and reassuring, lovely warm friendly atmosphere .

Saw Niamh and Mr Muen today after my laser surgery yesterday - always so friendly and making sure that my eye is healing as should - can’t believe the difference already - would def recommend 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️- also have to mention the fabulous reception staff

The nurses were so friendly and so good with Amelia. Everyone was so so kind and couldn’t do enough for us. Dr Serena and staff were fabulous.

I had a wonderful experience at Kingsbridge Diagnostic Centre! The reception staff were friendly and courteous! The medical staff were reassuring and talked through all procedures. My cardiology Consultant was very kind and reassuring and was very thorough making sure i got all the investigations i required! Would highly recommend Kingsbridge!

All of the staff were amazing from admission through to discharge. The nurses were friendly and out me at ease, and the care following my procedure was great. The food was great, and the staff serving were also really friendly and helpful.

My experience was very good with no complaints except that I cannot understand why a patient can not be allowed to remain there for one additional night

The procedure was carried out perfectly. Each step was explained beforehand and I always felt at ease. All the staff were courteous, kind and respectful. The implementation of the procedure was timely and efficient. Perfect service.

The surgeons, Chris Hill and Greg McBride, went above and beyond to make my son and us feel informed and reassured that we were in safe hands. They walked us through the operation step by step, explained the possible complications, and detailed the aftercare. They genuinely took the time to listen and thoroughly answer our questions. We could not recommend them highly enough.

We were so surprised by how luxurious the hospital rooms were, with private en-suite facilities, complimentary toiletries, and even a luxurious robe. The place was immaculately clean, and the food, both on the ward and in the canteen, was absolutely delicious, with such a great variety.

The staff, from the front desk and cleaning staff to the nurses on the ward and surgical team, catering staff, and anaesthetist, were all friendly and caring. They couldn’t do enough for us, and absolutely nothing was ever a bother.

As a family, we couldn’t be happier with the professional, highly skilled, and compassionate treatment my son and we received from Knightsbridge Ballykelly. We would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending them.

Kingsbridge Diagnostic Centre, Belfast, is a modern building. Reception is a calm area with very efficient, helpful staff. Medical staff were excellent in patient management, totally professional from start to finish. Work was timed to maximum efficiency yet carried out with a friendly approach. Staff were approachable and knowledgeable, willing to answer questions and give explanations in easily understood terms. I was treated as an individual, not a number. I felt I was with welcoming friends. And the treatment results were perfect. Thank you VERY much to Meg (Reception), wonderful Mr Wing Chan and his unbelievably great colleagues. You are a blessing.
