Incompetent letting agency. Terrible at maintaining properties. Bunch of cowboys.

Absolutely awful, all I can say really.

Our shower didn’t work with hot water for 4months but we got told it wasn’t an issue as it wasn’t an emergency. Awful support and very rude customer service. Absolutely disgusting. Do not under an circumstances use Kingsman. Awful awful awful!

Kingsman have used our plumbing and heating company , in installing boilers , and other plumbing work they owe us £7281 .
Our company nearly went bankrupt because of this ? These guys know what they were doing ? Professional fraud.

HUGE LET DOWN

Further to my last review, I have been out of action for over a week due to a freak elevator/lifts at B&Q in New Malden which has left me with a fractured neck. In extreme pain and therefore will come straight to the point!

Kingsman property's liquidators are in an awful hurry to have a creditors meeting scheduled for the 7th August (yes on Wednesday!!!) Contact Carter Clark (CC) on 020 8559 5095 IMMEDIATELY IF YOU ARE A CREDITOR and have not been contacted by the liquidators(whether an investor, landlord, lost a deposit etc) and demand that this meeting be postponed and that your interest be noted. In addition, Carter Clarke must be told the following:-
(1) The total creditors currently standing at around £5 million is incorrect and ALL creditors must be contacted and given a minimum of 8 weeks notice in order to plan the best course of action to suit them. This means that we as creditors can get control of Kingsman's documentation in order to trace our money stolen by Sam Eustace! This is what he is trying to avoid !!
(2) Try to attend that meeting if you are a creditor- before that do obtain the necessary forms and ensure that these documents are submitted to CC BEFORE 4pm on the 6th August 2019 ( TUESDAY THEREFORE ACT NOW!! )
Should you be unable to attend, I can act as your "proxy" or represent you for a nominal fee of £100+VAT and speak on your behalf.
DO TRY TO HAVE THIS MEETING POSTPONED IN ORDER TO STOP SAM EUSTACE IN HIS TRACKS TO WALK AWAY FROM THIS FRAUD SCOT FREE. HE WILL SIMPLY SET UP ANOTHER COMPANY AND EXTRACT MONEY FROM INNOCENT FOLK LIKE US!

Kingsman Property owed me my deposit when I left the room I rented from them. The amount they owed me was in the excess of £600. I was promised the deposit would be returned to me but to no avail. I have contacted Mr Rafik Gaffar who posted on this site and he contacted the landlord of the property and he was able to persuade him to return the deposit to me.
Thanks Rafik for such a great service. Should anyone need any help getting their money back I can highly recommend Rafik Gaffar.

The Kingsman ptoperty liquidation.issue has now become a certainty.I have confirmation.through the old bush telegram that liquidators have been.appointed and a creditors meeting set up.

A generic PDF has been sent to ALL KNOWN CREDITORS but creditors have been.chosen on.a.SELECTIVE.BASIS IN.ORDER FOR THIS DUSGRACEFUL.PERSON TO GET AWAY SCOT FREE. The document.specifies that the liquidation will go ahead unless there is a formal objection.by.at least.10% of creditors.

In my opinion, this liquidation must be stopped and Kingsman records be forensically examined to trace Sam.Eustaces movement of funds. This hidden.stash.of millions , our money,.can be found eithet by the police or creditors. I therefore implore all creditors to object to this liquudation.by the process that is determined by the liquidators. THIS MEANS WE HAVE TO ACT NOW AND EXTEND THIS EARLY AUGUST deadline designed not.to.give creditors enough time to.take action.

Kingsman are still showing as Active on Companies House website. The have also changed their registered address for the third time since apparently going into liquidation. It is now:
77 Stour Street, Canterbury, Kent, CT1 2NR

Ive used Kingsman and they have gone into bankruptcy leaving rents unpaid. They also managed my property badly.

I would advise using a well run property management company for government guaraunteed rents and good tenant management like Billingsley Property Solutions Ltd. They are trustworthy and secure.

Stolen deposit, no way to contact them. Seems like fraud!

I managed to get hold of an emergency contact number, which put me straight through to an office. The woman on the phone said she'd pass me along to their financial department, but they never rang back, and they now don't pick up my calls.

Kingsman's bad service has done me well, I've had a few calls from landlords that want me to work with them to take on their properties and maximize their rent. Everything is transparent and rent is guaranteed with insurance. I'm also gas safe registered so gas safety certificates and plumbing issues are taken care of with ease.

Went to see them today but no-one answered the door or phone. Another occupant of the same office building said they were in on Friday and their cars were there but none there at 11:00 am today.
Seems like they've closed down.
