The worst treatment you could ever experience in your life. My advice: as soon as you hear the name Simone Matar or see her name in any quote, block, delete, and report as a scam immediately.

The price before starting the job is one thing, but after finishing, it suddenly doubles. Simone Matar has some of the worst behavior you could encounter. She won’t allow you to ask questions or speak certainly after payment, and if you try to call for clarification, your number will be blocked right away.

The best way to recover your rights is to contact Fair Trading. This is my advice. Even if you ask to speak with the business owner, she will claim that she is the owner and refuse to let you speak to anyone else. Sometimes she says she is the owner, other times she says she is the manager and that the owner is overseas.

If I could give zero, I would do so without hesitation. My money was taken, the mattress was dirty, and the price started at $90 and ended at $200.

To be fair, the worker who came to do the cleaning was honest and hardworking, but all the problems were caused by Simone.

I gave a detailed description over the phone and was quoted a price. As soon as the technician arrived he started giving reasons why the price needed to be higher. I reluctantly agreed to pay a higher price just to get it done. He completed the whole job in around 30 minutes (one rug and two lounges) which I thought was a bit quick for the money I paid! After the lounges dried I noticed large dirty patches. I had to call the next day and have him come back. With hindsight, I think quoting a good price when you call and the the technician arriving and increasing it is a commonly used tactic with these guys. I won't be using their services again - I just prefer a little more honesty up front.

Beware, they will try to scam you. I booked for an end of office lease, small room 26sqm. The deal was $175 for anything up to 35sqm and then $3 a sqm after that. Guy came and before he started pretended to do something on his phone and then said it was 42sqm. I replied “no it isn’t, it’s only 26sqm”. He never responded. Make sure you know the measurements if using them.
Put very little effort into the clean, literally done it in 10mins. Would not recommend, don’t like how the guy thought just because I was a woman that he could try pull the wool over my eyes

I paid for an end-of-lease carpet cleaning with pet treatment as required by the real estate agency, and the service was not delivered as agreed.

The technician arrived unaware that we had pets and without the proper equipment, had to leave to get another machine, and showed clear dissatisfaction about the situation.

The edges of the entire apartment were not cleaned — we had to do this ourselves.

The pet treatment that was specifically requested was not applied. We only discovered this after receiving the receipt.

The carpet inside the cupboard was not cleaned, and this was never communicated beforehand.

The receipt was written unprofessionally and even stated the carpet would need to be vacuumed again after the service.

No one confirmed or clarified the required treatment; it was simply not done.

When I contacted the company, Simone, who identified herself as the owner, asked for 24 hours to respond despite this being an urgent end-of-lease situation. There was no proactive effort to resolve the issue.

I was then contacted by the technician, who was rude and asked me to repeat everything, instead of the matter being handled internally. I was sent back and forth between them.

I proposed a reasonable solution: technician to come back and apply the flea treatment ( and I pay for it) that wasn’t performed and return to complete the unfinished edges. As we were at work, they would need to collect the keys from the nearby agency. Simone insisted on charging an additional fee just to pick up the keys. When I refused, she became hostile, stated they had done nothing wrong, refused further service and any refund, and hung up on me.

I paid for a service that was not delivered and now risk losing part of my bond. I am out more than $620 between what I paid and the potential bond loss.

This was unprofessional, poorly managed, and unacceptable. I would not recommend this service.

Most unprofessional company, they scammed me and not willing to correct their wrongs, when approached they become abusive and giving me racial slures! Stay well clear.

These guys are the most careless unprofessional people to a point it’s beyond ridiculous. There was a man with long hair and a man bun who was extremely rude and his attitude was disgusting. but also showed a complete lack of courtesy and effort in their work. From the moment they arrived, the guy was dismissive and unpolite, making rude comments when I pointed out unsatisfactory results. They barely put any effort and done a quick unprofessional job leaving my couch looking almost the same, and it was clear they had no interest in doing a proper job. Please don’t fall for their fake reviews; save your money and seek a service that genuinely values its customers and delivers quality work elsewhere. Please from the bottom of my heart don’t get your cleaning service from here

$646 for carpets and tile cleaning. Very average job. Edges of all rooms not done. Still dirt etc in all corners. Armchair was still very dirty. A rushed job done very poorly.

Dangerous driving around dartford area speeding, dangerous overtaking and cutting red lights

Had a 3 bedroom house with sofas and tiles to be cleaned. they were in a terrible state so Samir came and helped and got them to a much better level to what they used to be.

Samir was very helpful and took his time to get the all the fabric in a better state.

From the time I spoke to Simone till the time the Mark the technician arrived - the entire process was seamless. I really appreciate the half an hour warning prior to arrival which helped me plan my day.

The carpet was stained and they managed to clean it as much as possible but as the stain was an old stain, some of it stayed but they were upfront with it before they started the work.

Technician arrived on time which was the only positive experience. I have used them once before and they did an excellent job on that occasion. On this occasion did a disgraceful job paid $154 for lounge/dining and hallway STAINS ARE STILL THERE AND IF POSSIBLE MORE PROMINENT I expected more. Would not recommend this company

Called and booked an appointment. Advised exactly what I wanted done.
When they arrived stated wouldn’t do 1/3 of the job. Called the office and she said sorry mistakes happen, even though I was extremely precise with my instructions. When asked to adjust the price for the work they only did they wouldn’t. Therefor won’t be using them again and can only advise to try use another company as this business will agree to do something and then not do it.

I am very happy with the result of my carpet and sofa cleaning. They came out very clean and fresh. The technician took his time to clean both and gave me the best advice on how to maintain their cleanliness. This company is so responsive, clear and I can say that their prices are very reasonable comparing to the quality of work you are getting. I would highly recommend them to my family and friends. I have been quoted of $80 for a service from 7-8 morning. I woke up 6:30 just to make sure that I receive his call. The technician came at 8:30 without any equipment and says he can only do it for $150 because it is not a two seater. I never said my sofa is a two seater. I provided every details and picture they asked me they never asked if it is a two or three seaters. The technician then says it is the office’s problem.

I remembered the comments the office people mention when shared my concern if the trustpilot review is true. The office people say it is from the competitors.

Want to share my personal experience and I would recommend people asking service from a more cohesive, transparent and responsible company who does their best to give an accurate quote rather than providing a lower price first. Now I am left with so many issues because it is a time sensitive matter.

My fabric lounge wasn't that dirty but decided to freshen it up. Had my lounge cleaned & it actually looked worse that before. They came out again to try again but gave up after the first seat saying the marks won't come out. Complete waste of money

Don't let the reviews fool you. My carpet was wet for days after this company had "cleaned " it. The stains are still there and as the matter of fact they are even more visible now than before the cleaning.
I asked for a refund which they declined saying they didn't do anything wrong.
Absolutely shocking!
