Basically I bought this product:
Joe Cocker Mad Dogs and Englishmen ( Rita Coolidge, Carl Radle) & Region 4 DVD
For $42 for a single disc I expected something better than what looks a re-release of the VHS master on DVD.
At that price I was expecting something re-scanned from the original film negatives.
A lot of places do this, so just because something has a premium price, don't assume it's a premium product.
Shipping is very slow. In addition, whoever is behind the customer service team is very rude.
