Acquisto toner originale. Spedizione dispersa. A distanza di un mese ricontattato venditore che ha emesso rimborso decurtato di 10 euro, giustificandosi con le condizioni di vendita. Io avevo richiesto di spedire nuovamente il prodotto. Ma così non è stato. Il prodotto non recapitato è stato restituito al mittente. Ed io ci ho rimesso la differenza. Corretto secondo voi?

Il problema che il sito italiano non risulterebbe troppo sicuro
Ordinate delle cartucce e pagato con Paypal(446.34€ il giorno 30/03/2020). All'arrivo del collo all'interno mancavano 3 cartucce per un totale di 70€. contattati più volte hanno risposto che avrebbero mandato i prodotti non pervenuti quanto prima, c'era stato un problema con il magazzino. Da allora nonostante svariati tentativi di contatto, non hanno mai risposto e non ho avuto alcun rimborso.
