We recently had Kitchen Choice redesign and install our kitchen and utility room. We had approached some other local and national companies with our requirements and they all came up with basically the same layout as we already had. Jay at Kitchen choice came up with a configuration we had not previously considered which ticked all our boxes. Additionally he considered the aesthetics so that the end result is an installation that looks like it's been thought about not just a bunch of random units. We are very pleased with the quality and look of the finished result.

I have not awarded 5 stars for two reason.
1. We felt the communication between Jay and ourselves and him and his installation team was inadequate.
2. I felt the installation team were good at the big stuff but lacked attention to detail with the smaller aspects of the job. They need to ask themselves "would I be happy with that if I was paying for it".

+Positives:
- Listened to our requirements and produced a design to meet them.
- Patient and helpful throughout the process.
- Offered advice and guidance
- Provided multiple rendered 3D CAD models to help with the choice of colour options and configurations.
- Put thought into how the finished kitchen would look.
- Units designed and manufactured to fit and optimize the space.
- No hard sell tactics, discount gimmicks, pestering phone calls etc.

-Negatives
- Inadequate communication with customer after the installation had commenced.
- Inadequate communication with the installation team.
- Lack of attention to detail by the installation team.

Would I use Kitchen Choice in the future - Yes.
Would I recommend them to others - Yes

A friend recommended Kitchen Choice to us after three separate projects where they did a wonderful job. They did our kitchen, we’re having them back for another project, and we recommended them to our son and daughter-in-law, who are having them do THEIR kitchen.

Jay worked patiently with us to find out what was important to us, came up with ideas that we never would have thought of to solve some of the problems, and talked with us about tradeoffs given the space limitations. He took a long time with us to get the design just right, and then it was implemented superbly. The job was not considered complete until we were happy with it. Nothing has been left hanging, nothing unresolved, no regrets – and my wife often says to me, “I love my kitchen.”

Kitchen Choice are a small family run company who will plan, project manage and install your kitchen with the minimum of fuss to the customer. We encountered friendly, knowledgable and patient staff who made the whole process easy to navigate. Any problems that arose were dealt with quickly and efficiently. Our kitchen is finished to a high standard and is exactly as we planned - we love it! Many thanks to Jay and our installation team for an excellent job.

We were looking to change our kitchen however wanted to buy it from a firm we could trust.

We looked at a few suppliers and were recommended kitchen choice by a family friend and it is easily one of the best decisions we have ever made.

The big thing that shines through about kitchen choice and their owner jay is the exceptional level of customer service, it is truly outstanding!

He dealt with the whole process personally from start to finish which included design through to personally liaising with our kitchen fitters by coming on site and supporting them with any installation queries!

Jay has real pride in his business and the quality of their product and this really came across. He went out of his way to make what could have been a stressful experience turn into a very pleasurable one, which is a true feat indeed ! He has exceptionally high standards and this was evident at every point through the process.

The kitchen we chose was a dark grey sleek german model with copper fittings. The kitchen is of the highest quality however we purchased it at a reasonable price and within budget.

We can't recommend jay enough and wish him and his business well.

Kitchen Choice installed two Kitchens, Bathroom and two Bedrooms, wouldn't go anywhere else, excellent service from start to finish, superb workmanship and quality .

The Guys at Kitchen Choice are amazing.

This is my second kitchen I’ve bought from Kitchen Choice,I’m sure in a few years I’ll be back for another.
