lovely kitchen, really awful service

The review below, about feeling intimidated, that is bang on and totally resonates with our experience. I received a phone call on a Saturday night, whilst watching Gladiators with my son, to be berated for having the audacity to suggest I might source ovens from somewhere else. In our first meeting, we were sat down whilst the salesman/designer stood over us with his hand held out, asking us to shake on a £50k purchase after our very first design meeting, being told we had no chance of getting the fitting date we wanted unless we signed and paid a large deposit there and then. Aren't you supposed to have time to think about such things..! Everything is stressful, the two guys are always on the ceiling, stressed and shouty. The owner spoke to our builders on the phone like they were total idiots. Various other stories I could give if I had time. Oner last one - at the end, after the kitchen was fitted, we decided we needed to add one final tall cupboard to finish it off (not the designers fault, it was because we had changed something in the room layout). We asked them to help us with that - we got the usual panicky response, at one point I took a call whilst I was in a meeting saying we needed to make a decision there and then) and then they quoted us a stupid amount for the cupboard, and £250 to fit it (would take an hour tops). The response could have been 'look, you need help here to finsih things off, you have spent an enormous amount of money with us, we want to help you, don't worry, there is an easy solution and we will do the best price we can on this last bit'. We got the opposite. We have had no follow up from them, they are arrogant and behaviour that comes very close to bullying (ask my wife who was in tears on one occasion)

We had a very disappointing experience…

We had a very disappointing experience with Kitchen Emporium. The company displayed poor communication and did not provide detailed kitchen plans as promised. Additionally, I felt intimidated during interactions. When I decided to cancel my order due to these issues, they refused to refund my deposit. This has been a very frustrating experience, and I hope Kitchen Emporium addresses these problems as we are owed a substantial amount of money

I love my new kitchen.

I love my new kitchen.
From the beginning of the experience the rep helped to design a kitchen that utilises the space well.
I had an additional Food waste compactor and granet tops. It does not disappointing.
The fitter was very experienced and respectful throughout.
I have years of happy cooking ahead of me

I am so happy

I am so happy with my beautiful new kitchen.
From start to finish everything was great.
The designer came up with ideas that I had not considered which really enhanced the design, he even took down my dodgy wall cupboard that was falling off the wall ( above and beyond)
Everyone, from delivery, fitting, electricians and plasterer were wonderful. All were very experienced and skilled at their job. Nothing was too much trouble. They were all a joy to have in my home.
I would not hesitate to recommend Kitchen Emporium, the quality of the kitchen is great, there are lots of styles and colours and finishing touches to choose from. As I said before I am so happy with my new kitchen.
