Extremely bad after sales experience - EDIT

Extremely bad after sales experience. There are tons of good ecoms in the Nordics. Avoid this one.

The answer from the retailer is just showing how bad they are, I bought from them a 4000 DKK kitchen aid that ended up to be defective. they are not doing what it's expected to do, this is the reason why we must go with other stores that provide a better after sales experience. never again

I am sorry that you find our service inadequate.
In this case I think we have done what can be expected, since your claim has been handled within 24 hours. I understand that you would like us to just swap your machine, but in cases like this, we need to send it to a servicepartner to get repaired.
I am confident that they will fix your machine swiftly.

KitchenOne - poor customer service

I have purchased a beer case, which unfortunately wasn't properly described (no info which kind of bottles may fit in). Only info that beer case is OK for 6 bottles of beer or soda. Attached pictures, indicated that bottles are 0,5l in my opinion. Afterwards I have contacted Custmer Service, which has informed me, that it's me actually who should seek out for product description. KitchenOne does not find anything wrong with selling poorly described products on their webshop. More than unfortunate purchased, I'm disappointed by KitchenOne's approach to the client, which is really poor. Just to add - it's also not possible to return 2 orders under 1 return label with KitchenOne (means you'll be then deducted twice). I'd be rather very careful when shopping with KitchenOne.
