From first contact to my new doors being fitted Richard Allen Interiors were fantastic. The quality of the doors were some of the best I have seen and I trawled around all the local 'big names' first. My frugal husband decided to see if there any savings to be had from an online company and as they were local we decided to arrange a home visit.
They were professional and friendly throughout and saved us a massive £600 on the best quote we received from the high street companies.
Any queries were dealt with in a very timely manner and professionally - I would say the customer service was on a par with John Lewis!
All in all I would whole heartedly recommend Richard Allen Interiors to anybody looking to either replace or update their kitchen and with doors to suit all budgets you will not go wrong

I was interested in updating my kitchen the most economical way and used ebay to look for a good deal. I compared prices and found Richard Allen the cheapest and I even asked for a discount and got 5%, so am impressed. I emailed him on a Saturday evening and surprised to receive a reply. After several exchanges of emails, I placed an order on ebay but there was a difference of price on the standard ebay ad. No problem, he reimbursed me very quickly. I asked for the 35mm hinge recess holes which were charged at £1 each. Very reasonable. I could have done it, but would have taken ages. Delivery estimated on the following Thursday to Friday which was OK. Better still the van was outside my door Tuesday lunchtime. Wow! I checked the measurements of the actual new door to my existing hinges, and of course, spot on. This business is really efficient, very impressive!

I bought new kitchen doors and accessories from them online, Throughout I dealt with Richard Nicholson who was very helpful,patient and professional. The quality of the doors was above reproach and delivery was prompt. I could not have wished for a better transaction. You can deal with this company with confidence,

From first speaking to Richard Allen Interiors to the finished product was a seamless fast process with also the most reasonable price around (I checked out a lot of other companies local and national). I couldn't be happier with the way it has turned out!!

I desperately wanted a new kitchen but after looking at most high street retailers I decided I couldn't afford one. then I came across Richard Allen Interiors on the internet. I was a bit dubious buying online however after a long conversation with one of the sales staff I placed an order to replace my doors. they talked me through replacing my doors and how to measure for them. I ordered on the Tuesday morning and received my kitchen doors on the Friday. I ma over the moon with them. They seem better than some I saw on the high street and miles cheaper. Definitely recommend to anyone shame not all companies have the same level of service

Richard is incredibly helpful from start to finish and his products are of a very good quality

We had trawled around the usual kitchen suppliers and found most very expensive (all we wanted were four kitchen unit doors) and eventually searched on the internet. We found Richard Allen Interiors, via eBay and sent them a message to see if they could supply our needs.

They replied within an hour and, a phone call later, we had placed our order, at what we thought was a very good price.

The order was placed on a Tuesday afternoon and the new doors were delivered on Thursday afternoon!

The price of the doors belie their quality, they are exceptional for the money. Indeed they would be exceptional at twice the price!
