I realize the idiotic Trump tariffs are…
I realize the idiotic Trump tariffs are not your fault, but it would have been nice to be warned that I needed to pay $50 dollars more to receive my order. To be honest, I didn't even realize you were not in the US when I ordered online. Again, I know this is not totally in your control, but you should warn customers that they will be charged additional fees for international delivery to US customers.

Delivery/Import Charge
I did not realise the company was based in Italy when I placed the order So whilst the delivery is free and price of the goods look very reasonable on the website. UPS the delivery company charge an import charge into the UK making the price very expensive.
The delivery appears efficient once the import charge is paid.

In particular, as we are based in Italy, shipments to the UK do not include VAT and are subject to national import policies. This is also stated in our website banner and in checkout.
