Thanks for the review, we do have a clear timeline on our front page of the timeline for production, sometimes orders will take a little longer. You ordered on the 12th January and the job went to the workshop on 15th and were despatched on 1st February. We say that orders will take 1-3 weeks between order and despatch, that was a particularly busy period unfortunately.

An absolute pleasure to deal with.
They were pretty rapid considering I ordered over the festive period and these are custom tags.
Loving the hi-vis aspect and the ability to rapidly determine if a bag is checked and ready to go or needs a restock.

Just thought I would add further to my previous review, the quality of the tags is fantastic and lettering is well set out on the reflective type...
Recommend and probably be grabbing another set for my bergen....
Some reason I can't add photos, mine are orange with reflective writing...

Awesome Customer Service
Made a couple of purchases from KitTags now. Would be more, but the quality of their products means it takes years for them to wear out.
Their ability to infuse technology into their products makes them the market leaders as far as I’m concerned. Makes the tags very useable and useful.
Their customer service is amazing, you can see where their military bearing and ethos has been carried over into their company. They were able to answer my questions quickly, clearly and really helped me confirm the purchase I wanted was suitable for my needs.
